Ai Zhen has been practicing as a massage therapist since 2019. She has been registered with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) and has been in good standing ever since. She also specializes in various types of massages, Chinese medicine and acupuncture. This combination of expertise gives her a unique perspective and ability to draw on a wider array of potential treatments to help her clients overcome their health issues and live life to the fullest.

Alisha graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in Toronto, Ontario in July 2023, and is current an active member of the Massage Therapists Association of Alberta. Alisha became a Registered Massage Therapist so she could help people both physically and mentally, and improve their quality of life.

Alisha's techniques range from deep tissue massage to gentle stress reduction massage, providing clients with relief of their aches and pains based on their specific needs. Her specializations include Swedish massage, sports massage, myo-fascial release, tigger point release, joint mobilization, lymphatic drainage and dynamic stretching.

In her spare time, Alisha enjoys watching movies, long scenic drives, travelling, and badminton.

Blake Banni is a Registered Massage Therapist who has completed 3000 hour massage program and has received his diploma from Makami college. He is currently registered with Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association (CRMTA) with good standing since 2021.

He is very passionate about helping people, since with experiencing a lot of injuries throughout his life, Blake has very good understanding how to treat several injuries like plantar fasciitis, along with IT band syndrome. Blake's focus areas of massage are Swedish massage which can be a type of relaxation massage, deep tissue which involves to get to deeper muscles and help remove muscle tightness along with removing muscle fatigue, therapeutic massage which he can focus on a specific area that is injured currently or has been in the past. Blake takes great pride in his treatments.

Blake's favorite thing to do on his days off are hike and run long distances, he has currently completed a couple full marathons.

Carola Angela is a dedicated Rehistered Massage Therapist with a profound passion for the healing power of touch. She has completed over 150 hours of hands-on training, mastering the techniques of hot stone, Swedish and prenatal massage, relaxation, deep tissue, and myofascial cupping.

Her journey began at the prestigious Makami College, where she embarked on a transformative educational path that deepened her technical skills and fueled her desire to make a meaningful impact on her clients’ lives. Eager to expand her practical experience, Angela sought opportunities outside the classroom,

completing an additional 70 hours of practicum at the Montgomery Center. Her technical proficiency, combined with her warmth and compassion, creates a safe and nurturing environment for her clients. Angela listens attentively, providing gentle guidance and support, helping clients on their path to wellness.

Clare (Qing) Cao is a Registered Massage Therapist and has been living in Calgary since 2014. She graduated from NIWE Academy and has been in good standing with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) association.

She has over 2200 hours of massage training experience and four years of professional experience specializing in injury treatment and maintenance, deep Tissue and swedish massage. She takes great pride in helping people overcome injuries and improving their quality of life through therapeutic and relaxation massage, and providing guidance on how to care for themselves at home to maintain their health, strength, and wellness.

She specializes in modalities like cupping, hot stone, GuaSha, Facial massage and treatment for TMJ disorders. She appreciates an the opportunity to help clients with their health and wellness needs through massage, and looks forward to setting up treatment plans as per their needs.

In her leisure time, she likes to spend quality time with her family, hiking, book reading and cooking.

Elizabeth is a Registered Massage Therapist (2200 Hours) with a license from the city of Calgary. She is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) and a graduate of the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Calgary.

Elizabeth has excellent knowledge of and experience with different massage methods and techniques. Some of the modalities Elizabeth uses include Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue, prenatal massage, myofascial release, hot stones massage, trigger point release, and geriatric massage. Her massage therapy skills and experiences are backed by extensive experience in elder care and supporting clients with disabilities.

Elizabeth is dedicated to providing individualized care that will improve the health, wellness and quality of life of her clients. She is passionate about massage therapy and continuously improves her knowledge and practice through continuous education.

When Elizabeth is not providing massage therapy, she spends time sewing, cooking, and watching movies with her family.

Jimmy is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from ERP College of Massage therapist and associated with The Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA) with good standing. He exceeded the practical experience requirements and stood out first in all students in his class. Massage therapy is his passion.

He is always passionate about helping others with their massage needs. He is well trained in assisted stretching, cross-fiber, Friction, Deep tissue, Lymphatic drainage, medium therapeutic, Prenatal and postnatal, soft tissue release, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy to mention a few.

Karen Peacock is a Registered Massage Therapist who has completed the 2,200-hour Massage Therapy Program from Mount Royal University in 2020. She has been in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta ever since. She uses a variety of techniques in her treatments such as general Swedish massage, deep tissue, stretching, and PNF.

Karen had often worked on her father’s back as she was young and enjoys helping people deal with their pain. During the massage therapy program Karen worked with a variety of conditions involving soft tissues of the body including muscles, ligaments, and nerves.

The days off are spent with her cat and dog, walking, and playing games with friends and family.

Nyx graduated from Makami College in 2024, and is currently an active member of CRMTA. Nyx started studying to become a RMT due to his passion of fitness. During his studies, Nyx gained another passion for helping others heal their bodies so that they always remain active in some way.

Nyx has a wide variety of techniques including deep tissue, myo-fascial release, sports message, Swedish, and more. This range allows him to tailor treatments for every client’s individual needs.

In his spare time, Nyx likes learn new skills and spend time with his family & friends.

Sebastian Subash (Seban) is a registered Remedial Massage Therapist graduated from MH Vicars school of massage therapy Calgary. He is a highly skilled and experienced massage therapist specializing in deep tissue massage, therapeutic massage, stretching exercise and cupping therapy with years of extensive experience in the field. Prior to pursuing a career in massage therapy, Sebastian has a background in the medical field. This medical occupation background has given him a deep understanding of the human body, anatomy, and various musculoskeletal conditions, enabling him to offer targeted and effective treatments.

Sebastian obtained his registered massage therapist diploma with 2200 hours of comprehensive training and education. His commitment to professional excellence is reflected in his affiliation with Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA). He actively participates and stays updated with the latest advancements in the field. As a practitioner, Sebastian is known for his expertise in deep-tissue massage, which involves applying firm pressure to release chronic muscle tension and alleviate pain. His therapeutic massage techniques focus on reducing stress, improving flexibility, and promoting overall wellbeing. After Simon obtained his massage therapy diploma from Mount Royal University, he was invited to become a practitioner/assistant instructor in Motion Specific Release while it was being developed. Created by a local chiropractor, MSR is a manual therapy approach that restores the neuromuscular stability of the body through the use of procedures that optimize function and performance.

Simon regularly supports elite athletes including the Dinos and masters athletes at major events including the NCCWMA Championship, international corporate track and and field competitions and local track and field meets.

For over half a decade, Simon has been serving the community in clinical, spa, sport and charity settings. His treatment style is a collaborative journey aimed towards betterment and improved function. Every individuals specific needs are prioritized systematically to optimize their health and performance. He provides thorough assessments, home-care and will create treatment plans to help you along this journey.

Chronic pain, mental health, MVA, complex musculoskeletal syndromes, tendinopathy, nerve entrapment, sacroiliac/pelvic dysfunction, TMJD, migraine, acute injury, pregnancy are amongst the wide array of experiences he has seen massage therapy resolve or ameliorate.
