Amisha is a Registered Massage Therapist with over six years of clinical experience and is a member of Natural Health Practitioners Canada in good standing.. Her calm, compassionate approach helps clients relax and restore balance while addressing their specific needs.

She combines a variety of techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, and Ayurvedic Head Massage.

A graduate of BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) from India, Amisha brings a strong understanding of anatomy and holistic wellness to her treatments. She works with clients experiencing chronic pain, postural imbalances, stress-related tension, and general wellness needs.

Amisha provides care in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Clients leave her sessions feeling relaxed, rebalanced, and empowered to care for their well-being between visits.

Arun graduated from Alberta Collage of Massage Therapy and he is an active member of Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. He has earned a reputation of providing highly effective therapeutic and relaxation massages incorporating wide variety of techniques such us Myofascial Release, deep tissue massage, manual lymphatic drainage, trigger point therapy, cross fiber friction, active and passive engagement assisted stretching & joint mobilization.

Arun is trained in treating wide variety of issues like frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, piriformis syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, stress factors, anxiety reduction while promoting pain relieve and improve range of motion.

He is compassionate, an empathetic listener and has a passion to help people while delivering customized treatment based on client's need and requirements. He has previous experience in medical pharmaceutical, working with special needs & substance abuse.

Arun likes travelling, sports and game activities when he is not working.

Blake Banni is a Registered Massage Therapist who has completed 3000 hour massage program and has received his diploma from Makami college. He is currently registered with Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association (CRMTA) with good standing since 2021.

He is very passionate about helping people, since with experiencing a lot of injuries throughout his life, Blake has very good understanding how to treat several injuries like plantar fasciitis, along with IT band syndrome. Blake's focus areas of massage are Swedish massage which can be a type of relaxation massage, deep tissue which involves to get to deeper muscles and help remove muscle tightness along with removing muscle fatigue, therapeutic massage which he can focus on a specific area that is injured currently or has been in the past. Blake takes great pride in his treatments.

Blake's favorite thing to do on his days off are hike and run long distances, he has currently completed a couple full marathons.

Brenda has been practicing massage therapy for more than six years. She graduated from Makami College in 2016 after completing the comprehensive 3000-hr program. She is associated Natural Health Practitioners Canada (NHPC) with good standing.

She decided to go into massage therapy after having received a massage from a student at Makami College; she was instantly captivated. She has experienced firsthand the long-term benefits from receiving a regular therapeutic massage. This experience prompted her into becoming the RMT she is today. Relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, cupping, hot stone, pre-natal and post-natal massages are some of the modalities Brenda specializes in.

When Brenda is not performing her wellness work on clients, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, dancing, being outdoors, cycling and running… and of course relaxing!

Clare (Qing) Cao is a Registered Massage Therapist and has been living in Calgary since 2014. She graduated from NIWE Academy and has been in good standing with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) association.

She has over 2200 hours of massage training experience and four years of professional experience specializing in injury treatment and maintenance, deep Tissue and swedish massage. She takes great pride in helping people overcome injuries and improving their quality of life through therapeutic and relaxation massage, and providing guidance on how to care for themselves at home to maintain their health, strength, and wellness.

She specializes in modalities like cupping, hot stone, GuaSha, Facial massage and treatment for TMJ disorders. She appreciates an the opportunity to help clients with their health and wellness needs through massage, and looks forward to setting up treatment plans as per their needs.

In her leisure time, she likes to spend quality time with her family, hiking, book reading and cooking.

Elizabeth is a Registered Massage Therapist (2200 Hours) with a license from the city of Calgary. She is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) and a graduate of the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Calgary.

Elizabeth has excellent knowledge of and experience with different massage methods and techniques. Some of the modalities Elizabeth uses include Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue, prenatal massage, myofascial release, hot stones massage, trigger point release, and geriatric massage. Her massage therapy skills and experiences are backed by extensive experience in elder care and supporting clients with disabilities.

Elizabeth is dedicated to providing individualized care that will improve the health, wellness and quality of life of her clients. She is passionate about massage therapy and continuously improves her knowledge and practice through continuous education.

When Elizabeth is not providing massage therapy, she spends time sewing, cooking, and watching movies with her family.

Karen Peacock is a Registered Massage Therapist who has completed the 2,200-hour Massage Therapy Program from Mount Royal University in 2020. She has been in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta ever since. She uses a variety of techniques in her treatments such as general Swedish massage, deep tissue, stretching, and PNF.

Karen had often worked on her father’s back as she was young and enjoys helping people deal with their pain. During the massage therapy program Karen worked with a variety of conditions involving soft tissues of the body including muscles, ligaments, and nerves.

The days off are spent with her cat and dog, walking, and playing games with friends and family.

Lokeshwara (Loki), a Registered Massage Therapist, is a passionate about the power of natural healing. He finished his Massage Therapy Diploma from renowned Makami college and is a active member of  Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association in good standing ever since. His journey began with a Pharmacy degree in India and work as a Pharmacy Assistant in Toronto, but he soon realized his true calling was hands-on therapy. Since becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in 2018, he has loved helping people navigate their wellness journey.

Loki has worked in both clinical and spa settings, collaborating closely with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists to treat everything from MVA and sports injuries to general acute and chronic pain. His approach is tailored to his loyal patients: He utilizes techniques such as deep tissue, pre- and postnatal massage, lymphatic drainage, cupping, and hot stones to meet their specific needs. Loki strives to bring a calm and caring presence to the treatment room, ensuring his patients leave feeling better.

Lovepreet is a dedicated Massage Therapist with a 2200-hour diploma in Advanced Massage Therapy from Professional Institute of Massage Therapy. As a member of Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC), she is committed to providing exceptional care.

Prem Pallikonda, an AMT who’s passionate about helping people move better and feel healthier. He specializes in deep tissue, stretching, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage, helping clients reduce pain, manage stress, and improve overall well-being.

When he is not treating clients, you’ll find Prem working out at the gym or connecting with his community. Fitness and wellness are a big part of his life, and he loves supporting others on their health journey.

Ramdy is Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to intelligent, results-driven bodywork. He completed his 2200 hours massage therapy diploma from MCG Career college and is associated with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) with good standing ever since.

Ramdy combines deep tissue techniques, basic Thai mobility work, and postural correction methods to improve movement and relieve chronic tension. His treatments also include targeted plantar fasciitis therapy, and hot stone work to soften the body and reset the nervous system. Each session with Ramdy is personalized, intentional, and designed to restore balance from the ground up.
