Ash believes that massage shouldn't just feel good in the moment; it should help you move better long after you leave the table. Whether you’re dealing with a nagging injury, desk shoulders, or just need a mental reset, she is here to help.
Her approach combines deep, effective work like Deep Tissue and Myofascial Cupping with the soothing warmth of Hot Stones and Bamboo sticks to melt away tension without the "ouch" factor. She also offers gentle Lymphatic Drainage for wellness and specialized Kids’ Massage to help the younger members of your family find their calm.
Everybody is different, so every session she does is built specifically for you. Let’s get you feeling like yourself again.
