As a highly energetic individual, Alaina enjoys using her strength to take care of those around her through the form of massage. She loves the connection made with her clients and through the medium of physical touch, she is capable to help soothe aches and pains away. On her time off, she spends them often playing video games or hanging out with family. Alaina is adept in deep tissue, therapeutic and Swedish massage.

As a kind and caring individual, Andrea has great attention to detail as she takes care of those around her, including all her client’s needs. She sees massage therapy as a way for people to relax and to get relief from all the stress that one carries with them. Andrea uses multiple techniques that she's learned over the years, but with a more personal approach in order to help others feel better.

Brigitte was born and raised in Chicoutimi. After the birth of her child, she made the bold decision to become a massage therapist and since then hasn’t looked back! Because of her love of the city, she recently moved back to Montreal to continue her path as a massage therapist. Brigitte has 8 years of expensive and she is proficient in various modalities including deep tissue, sport, pre-natal, Swedish & Thai.

Brigitte went to massage therapy school in Rimouski and is licensed through the Federation québécoise des Massothérapeutes (FQM).

Jenny enjoys using her intensive efforts and strength to take care of those around her through the form of massage. She loves the connection made with her clients and is passionate about helping those around her. Jenny is capable of performing therapeutic and Swedish massage.

Mary Joy is a professionally trained massage therapist who loves to take care of clients with rejuvenating massages to release tension, improve joint mobility and to help manage pain. Being a massage therapist for over 10 years, she is passionate about making a difference in other people's lives where it shows in the work that she performs. She loves the connection made with her clients through the medium of therapeutic and relaxing touch. She shows her compassion by rendering soothing massages to help everyone feel deeply relaxed.

Tina is quite the experienced massage therapist since she has over 20 years under her belt. She is very family oriented and puts them above everything. Her skills are showcased by the many types of massages she is able to perform which include hot and cold stone, foot treatment, deep tissue, pre-natal, reiki healing, myofascial release, sport, trigger point myotherapy, reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral and Swedish.

Nigel is an attentive individual that takes care and caters to all your needs. He recently had a shift in career and decided to become a massage therapist as he discovered the importance of self-care during the pandemic. His peers give him high praise for having great hands and some even believed that he’s been doing this for years before finding out he had just graduated. Nigel is proficient in Swedish Techniques, therapeutic, relaxation, sports massage, deep tissue and hot/cold stone massages.

Zaid is a professional Massage therapist and Kinesitherapist. Throughout his career he has developed unique methods to help his patients feel relief with his personalized techniques to ensure a precise treatment. With over 7 years of customer service background, from prior employment, he has a solid ‘client-first’ approach. Zaid’s goal is to develop and deepen his knowledge within the domain of massage therapy.
