As a kind and caring individual, Andrea has great attention to detail as she takes care of those around her, including all her client’s needs. She sees massage therapy as a way for people to relax and to get relief from all the stress that one carries with them. Andrea uses multiple techniques that she's learned over the years, but with a more personal approach in order to help others feel better.

Andrea is proficient in therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue, Swedish, cupping, myofascial release, prenatal and hot or cold stone massages.

Andrea finished her formation at IKRA School of Massage Therapy and is part of the Association Canadienne Des Massothérapeutes (ACTMD).

Brigitte is a member of the Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes (FQM).

Brigitte trained in Massage Therapy in 2015 at the Centre de Ressourcement et de Massothérapie (now Équilibre et Ressourcement) in Rimouski, Québec. Brigitte continued her training by completing a course in Sport Massage and Trigger Points, in 2016, Lumbar Massage Therapy in 2019 and Massage for pregnant women in 2021, at the École de Massothérapie Professionnelle Équilibre et Détente inc. in Rimouski. She also took several training courses at the Institut de Formation de la FQM from 2020 to 2023 and completed training in Deep Tissue Massage in 2024, at Collège Massothérapie, Ste-Thérèse, Québec.

Her massage techniques include: Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage, sports massage, cupping massage, therapeutic massage, prenatal massage, hot stone massage, Thai oil table massage. She can apply strong pressure according to your needs.

Brigitte will put you at ease with her friendly, caring approach.

She speaks French and a little English.

Jenny enjoys using her intensive efforts and strength to take care of those around her through the form of massage. She loves the connection made with her clients and is passionate about helping those around her. Jenny is capable of performing therapeutic and Swedish massage.

Jenny is licensed through the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec (AMQ).

As an outgoing and highly energetic individual, Leila is the kind of individual who likes to take care of those around her with the help of a massage. She loves the connection made with her clients where uses what she learned to treat the pain away. As of now, Leila can perform therapeutic and Swedish massages.

Leila is licensed through the Réseau des massothérapeutes professionnels du Québec (RMPQ)

Mary Joy is a professionally trained massage therapist who loves to take care of clients with rejuvenating massages to release tension, improve joint mobility and to help manage pain. Being a massage therapist for over 10 years, she is passionate about making a difference in other people's lives where it shows in the work that she performs. She loves the connection made with her clients through the medium of therapeutic and relaxing touch. She shows her compassion by rendering soothing massages to help everyone feel deeply relaxed.

Mary Joy is capable of performing multiple types of massage which include myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, prenatal, Thai, Swedish, relaxation and therapeutic.

Mary Joy is licensed through the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec (AMQ).

Nigel is an attentive person that takes care and caters to all your needs. He recently had a shift in career and decided to become a massage therapist as he discovered the importance of self-care during the pandemic. His peers give him high praise for having great hands and some even believed that he’s been doing this for years before finding out he had just graduated. Nigel is proficient in Swedish Techniques, therapeutic, relaxation, sports massage, deep tissue and hot/cold stone massages.

Nigel graduated from the IKRA academy of Massage Therapy. He is licensed through Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes (FQM).

Taina is a cheerful energetic massage therapist that will make sure to meet your standards and whatever needs you may have. She is someone who places importance on her family and she knows the value of taking care of those around her. As such, this skill translates directly to her clients as well where she can help look after any problems that you are currently dealing with.

She is highly skilled and proficient as she learned various modalities in school including: lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, deep tissue, sports, prenatal, therapeutic and hot stones massage.

Tina is quite the experienced massage therapist since she has over 20 years under her belt. She is very family oriented and puts them above everything. Her skills are showcased by the many types of massages she is able to perform which include hot and cold stone, foot treatment, deep tissue, pre-natal, reiki healing, myofascial release, sport, trigger point myotherapy, reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral and Swedish.Tina is part of the National Association of Massotherapists (ANM)

Zaid is a professional Massage therapist and Kinesitherapist. Throughout his career he has developed unique methods to help his patients feel relief with his personalized techniques to ensure a precise treatment. With over 7 years of customer service background, from prior employment, he has a solid ‘client-first’ approach. Zaid’s goal is to develop and deepen his knowledge within the domain of massage therapy.

Zaid continuously thrives on providing the best care and finding the best course of action for all his clients. He offers a broad array of therapies ranging from stress relief, injuries and many more. He is capable of performing multiple types of massage which include kinesitherapy, fasciatherapy, trigger point, cupping, therapeutic, Swedish, pre-natal, and chair massage.
