Meet Our Team

Kelly Welsh Registered Massage Therapist graduated from Academy Canada in February 2022.  She is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland and Labrador and Newfoundland and Labrador Massage Therapy Association.

Kelly is trained in General Swedish Massage and relaxation, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Trigger Point Release Therapy, Joint Mobilizations, and Remedial Exercise.  She is also trained in treating the symptoms of many conditions such as sprains, strains, dislocations, frozen shoulder, headaches, tendonitis, bursitis, plantar fasciitis and  carpal tunnel just to name a few.  Kelly has a passion for helping people obtain pain free living through massage and has plans to further her education in this field to help her clients reach optimal pain free living.

Levi Hansen RMT graduated from Academy Canada's Massage Therapy program in November, 2020, and is a member in good standing with the NLMTA and CMTNL. As a freelance technician in several mechanical and electrical fields, he was drawn to massage therapy as the ideal means of using his comprehensive problem-solving skills to tangibly help others. With this background, he offers an exceptionally analytical and structural approach to those seeking answers to their painful issues. With consideration for the needs of all clients, Levi takes pride in providing thorough assessment, effective treatment and adaptive touch. Rather than using aggressive pressure, he patiently and gently relaxes outer layers of tissue before carefully engaging deeper layers while maintaining communication.

Clients seeking long-term results are provided a series of home stretches and exercises tailored to their conditions, empowering them to take charge of their own healing process. In his free time, Levi enjoys writing and playing music, exercising, building computers and spending time with his cat Rosie.

Lori graduated in 2004 from Northumberland College in Halifax, Nova Scotia with a diploma in Massage Therapy. She holds certificates in myofascial release, cupping, guasha, and sports massage. Lori has extensive experience rehabilitating individuals with injuries due to Motor Vehicle Accidents. Her main goal is to help her clients achieve a pain free lifestyle. Her treatments are specific to each individual client and she uses a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations. She is in good standing with the Newfoundland and Labrador Massage Therapists Association and the College of Massage Therapists of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Naomi-lee graduated from Eastern College’ Massage Therapy program in 2016. She is a member of good standing with both the CMTNL as well as the NLMTA. In her practise she’s gained experience using diverse treatment approaches including Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, hot and cold hydrotherapy, manual lymph drainage, fascial techniques and remedial exercises. With a personal commitment to exploring a wide variety of modalities during her career as a RMT, Naomi-lee looks forward to expanding her knowledge base. She currently has additional training in Cupping Massage as well as Taping Techniques.
