Justin approached massage therapy as a profession after experiencing the positive benefits first-hand during his recovery from a shoulder dislocation. Specific, deep tissue massage and a well-tailored rehabilitation program resulted in a full return to activities, and inspired Justin to delve into the healthcare field. During his time at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH), Justin worked in both the chronic pain and athlete inreach student clinics. He also volunteered for a number of sporting events during his time in school.
Justin enjoys using deep tissue massage, trigger point release therapy, myofascial releases, and stretching during treatments, along with an individualized home care plan, to help his patients reach their goals. Treatments are designed for each patient based on their personal health goals and the nature of their injury. Justin has pursued additional training in TMJ treatment as well.

I have been in the Holistic Field of Health for over thirty six years, I can adjust from very light pressure to deep pressure to work with bodies. I believe that, “Generally speaking, corrections made using force, won’t hold as well as those using finesse, as forceful corrections/manipulations don’t require the bodies permission or cooperation.” Over the last eighteen years I have been concentrating my time on Massage Therapy, Complimentary Modalities and Teaching. Some of the things I do are, General Swedish Massage, Reiki Master/teacher, Indian Head Massage Practitioner/Teacher, Vacuum Cupping,
Tui Na Practitioner/Teacher, Gua Sha, Myo Fascial Release, Active Release, Aroma Therapist, Tunning Fork, Trauma Informed Therapist, a course in Emergency First Aid for Mental Health, well let’s just say I have a few tricks. I believe in the Mind, Body, Spirit, connection and feel that the body should be treated as a whole. Looking forward to being one of your guide’s on your journey to optimal health.

* WILL NOT BE IN CLINIC FROM MAY - NOVEMBER*
Taylor's Massage Therapy journey started with an injury suffered during a football game in high school. After his doctor told him to stop playing and try something new Taylor decided to take another approach. He started to go to an RMT in his area. They quickly got to the root of the injury and he was able to make a speedy recovery. He was then healthy and capable to finish the season. Taylor's values on treatment and movement allow him to have this same effect on his patients.
Taylor, originally from Cape Breton, moved to Halifax and graduated from CCMH . During his time in school he specialized in Sports massage. In over 7 years of power lifting on both the national and provincial stages Taylor has a vast understanding of biomechanics and the importance of keeping your muscles strong and flexible. He has no trouble getting into the deeper muscle fibers. With a focus on deep tissue and movement techniques he can have you feeling & moving better in no time.
