Amy completed her 2200 hour program at the Wholistic Training Centre in 2009. Since then, has been studying Mana Lomi under founder Maka’ala Yates. Mana Lomi is a problem-solving style of massage. It is a deep yet gentle approach that allows the massage to go as deep as the body is able to handle without being invasive. This approach requires that the client pay attention to the treatment. Regular massage has the added benefit of creating a body awareness that allows a treatment plan that can prevent more serious problems from arising. The use of a hot towel pack or hot stones (lomi’ili’ili) may be used during a treatment after consultation with the client.

Daniel is an RMT in good standing with the MTAA since 2022. He graduated with honors from Ontario’s Westervelt College in October of 2021, then made the move to Alberta the following spring.

Daniel is friendly, easy to talk to, and loves teaching clients about the benefits that Massage Therapy can offer. Daniel is passionate about helping people feel less pain and more relaxed, especially in the upper back and neck area. Daniel utilizes his extensive knowledge of body kinematics from his previous role as a personal trainer to provide personalized home care for each client.

Hello! I am Oscar Xu, I completed my 2200 hours advanced therapeutic massage program with a 92% average in the summer of 2023! I am in good standing with NHPC. I specialize in traditional Chinese massage techniques, proficient in body meridians and trigger point therapy. I am very passionate about healing through Massage Therapy and enjoy working interacting with my clients.

I was an athlete in University which gives me the knowledge of Sports Massage, eliminating knots, restoring blood circulation and relieving muscle pain. right now, I work outside of my Massage therapy career as a senior instrumentation and controls engineer. Massage Therapy is part-time for me. Outside of work, I love skiing, outdoor running, cycling, gym workouts and yard work.

Hello, my name is Portia, and I am the Clinic Manager for both the Lewis Estates and Heritage Valley locations of Massage Experts. I oversee daily operations and ensure each and every one of our clients receive exceptional service. You can typically find me at our West location, and I am also available at our South location on Wednesdays.

I joined Massage Experts in October 2016 as a Front Desk Receptionist when our West location first opened. In June 2021, I transitioned into my current role as Clinic Manager. Throughout my eight years of customer service experience, I have developed a deep understanding and appreciation for Massage Therapy, and I am always happy to assist with any questions or concerns you may have during your visit.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am passionate about outdoor activities such as camping, boating, skiing and going to the gym. My favorite pastime is relaxing by the lake. Additionally, I work as a Lash and Brow Technician from home in the evenings.

As Clinic Manager, my primary goal is to create a welcoming environment and ensure every client enjoys a top-tier experience with us.

Samantha grew up on the east coast of Canada in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She has always had a passion to help people and massage seemed to be the best route to go.
