Connie graduated from Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy (CCMH), Halifax Campus in 2019. She is a member in good standing with Massage Therapists' Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS). Connie is well trained in the following areas, Swedish Massage with special techniques in superficial myofascial release, peripheral joint mobilization, manual lymph drainage, abdominal massage, passive angular stretching, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, myofascial trigger points, cross fiber frictions. She also specialized in anterior rib cage & breast massage, Thai hand & foot reflexology massage, scar tissue workshop, Jade Stone Massage, Acupressure massage for Headache , the same as cupping, gua sha.

She speaks English, Cantonese & Mandarin Chinese. Connie will develop a treatment plan that will fit your lifestyle and help keep you motivated and attain your goals. She looks forward to treating you!

Erika is a graduate from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She has developed a strong passion for healing the human body. She prides herself in communication skills, empathy and providing a safe space for all walks of life. She is compassionate and patient. She is aware that in this fast-paced lifestyle we live in, we all need a helping hand to keep you performing at your best.

Erika is someone who wants to provide a great experience and leave you with knowledge that can help continue your healing process. She specializes in myofascial release, myofascial lymphatic drainage, trigger point release, and deep tissue work. Erika has also completed her hot stone course and is able to add that to your massage.  She has completed community clinics for enhanced care, arthritis, and invisible illness. Erika plans to be incorporating  cupping into her practice in the future.

She enjoys nature, loves animals- especially her two cats Pixie, Ripple’s, and pug Bella.

Jessica is a graduate of the 2200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma program at the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy. She’s worked with patients who suffered from neurological conditions such as MS, chronic migraines, fibromyalgia & ALS – and has also treated patients in the Enhanced Care program who suffered from strokes, amputations, advanced alzheimers & various other mental/physical disabilities.

Jessica is experienced with treating TMJD, and other acute/chronic conditions such as postural dysfunction, whiplash, arthritis and spinal cord injuries. She has also treated patients restricted to a wheelchair. Her passion for massage therapy and vivacious personality make the patient-therapist relationship an easy one. Her focus on patient centered goals creates a tailored treatment, while specifically targeting areas of dysfunction and pain.

Relaxing General Swedish Massage, fascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, and remedial exercise are just some of the aspects Jessica brings to a treatment. She believes that massage therapy is a big part of living a more functional, healthy lifestyle.

Jorge Tasse is originally from Cuba, but now calls Halifax, Nova Scotia home. From childhood, Jorge was fascinated with medicine and nursing, something that surely derived from having a majority of his family working within the health and wellness industry.
He moved to Canada and began to pursue his dream of becoming a registered massage therapist (RMT), so he could heal patients from all over the area. He enrolled himself in the remarkable program at ICT Northumberland College, successfully passed and became a member of the Massage Therapists’ Association of Nova Scotia (MTANS). And not only did he accomplish this dream but, through years of experience he was able to nurture the craft and become a leader in the industry.

Josh went to massage school after he was impressed by the effectiveness massage therapy had on his own personal injuries from day to day life, and exercising at the gym.

Josh's goal is to listen to each client to ensure they feel heard, comfortable, relaxed, and like their treatments were tailored specifically and effectively to what they came in for. With a passion for self care and physical wellness, knowing how the body works enables him to help you operate at your best through incorporating massage therapy into your wellness regime.

Josh's treatments include a variety of general Swedish massage techniques with a deep pressure preference. His treatments are deep tissue while still maintaining a therapeutic aspect; the perfect combination for chronic and acute injuries.

Treatment Preferences: Pre and Post Injury Treatments, Postural Dysfunction Treatments, Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Chronic Pain Management, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Cupping.

Lauren graduated in 2021 from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, BC. After spending 8 years on Vancouver island, she decided to come back home to Nova Scotia and raise her family.

Lauren knew she wanted to become a Massage Therapist after witnessing the benefits from a young age, seeing family members rehabilitate from accidents and injuries, and their increased quality of life. Lauren’s goal is to create a safe space for healing, whether you have a specific injury, a neurological condition, or simply need an hour to unwind and relax. She looks forward to expanding her knowledge and passion for wellness by keeping up to date on current research and continuing education courses, enabling her to provide the safest and most effective treatment possible for her clients. Some modalities she uses in her treatments include Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release and passive and active stretching.

Treatment Preferences: Cupping, Neck and Back Massage, Light pressure, Therapeutic Treatments, Prenatal Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Pre and Post Injury Treatments, Moderate pressure, and Sports Massage.

MJ is a Certified Acupuncturist with a degree in Acupuncture from CCATCM. She has studied the relationship between the internal organs of the human body and the meridians, and has learned the diagnosis method of tongue and pulse in Chinese medicine to treat patients with traditional oriental medicine methods. She has also learned the techniques of skull acupuncture, cosmetic acupuncture, fire cupping, Guasha, meridian massage, electronic acupuncture, and Tuina.

She successfully completed 732 hours of internship during her school internship and is an acupuncturist with experience treating many patients.

The reason she learned acupuncture in Korea was because of her post-pregnancy thyroid problems. She completely cured her hypothyroidism through acupuncture on her own with great teachers to treat deep depression and sadness due to thyroid hormone problems, and she has not taken synthroid medication for 8 years now. She is a therapist who delicately treats patients with natural treatments because she knows better than anyone else the risks of health and how much pain it brings to our lives. She is a yogi who completed 200 hours of yoga YTT and is a natural healer who lives a daily life to always keep her body and mind healthy. What she wants to tell her patients or future patients is, "Your body is a precious vessel that holds your soul. Please do not neglect your body."

Nathalie graduated with honors from Eastern College Massage Therapy program.

Nathalie’s treatments is focused on General Swedish Techniques, Myofascial Release, Active & Passive Joint Mobilization, Trigger Point Release Therapy, Deep Tissue Techniques, Hot Stone Massage & Cold Stone Face Massage. She has also completed her cupping and gua sha certification if you would like to add it onto your treatment!

Nathalie’s treatments approach is to achieve clients goals and making sure the client feel comfortable in their own skin. Nathalie sees so many positive benefits with a variety of techniques by treating different types of injuries or many conditions. Massage therapy treatment helps increase healing process and decrease stress levels, improvement with range of motion mobility, decreasing pain and helping with overall well-being.

Nathalie’s past times include going out on adventures like hiking and walking on the beach to help her to ground herself. She also loves being active like going to the gym or playing sports such as volleyball, softball and rugby.

Nathan is a graduate from Eastern College's 2200 hours Massage Therapy program where he won the award for for top student in clinic. Nathan strongly believes in the principles of the Massage Therapist's Oath: "I commit my whole self; body, mind, heart and soul to facilitate the healing of those entrusted in my care". He also believes in being aware of what your body & mind needs in order to live a positive & healthy lifestyle, and is looking forward to help you in your healing process.

Nathan genuinely cares about people and what he does. He is confident in his abilities, acquired knowledge, and is eager to provide optimal treatments. He is also excited to continue gaining knowledge in order to broaden his skills.

While Nathan's main interest is the psychological effects of massage, he is also proficient in providing various treatments from Deep Tissue to Relaxation and anything in-between through his developed sense of touch. Nathan is very easy-going, and a great listener, he would love the opportunity to work with you on a treatment plan that will be of utmost benefit for your requirements.

As an RMT my approach to massage therapy is centered around my clients’ specific needs and goals. I take the time to listen to their concerns, assess their conditions, and develop tailored treatment plans to address clients’ unique requirements. My compassionate nature, combined with my technical expertise, ensures that my clients receive a highly personalized and effective massage treatment.

I am a Registered Remedial Massage Therapist (2200 hours program) and registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Nova scotia (MTANS). Prior to pursuing a career in massage therapy, I completed my Degrees in Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and I have diplomas in Ayurvedic Massage & Spa Therapy, Naturopathy and Yoga. I am also experienced in therapeutic massage, deep tissue, Swedish relaxation massage, cupping therapy, pelvic health massage therapy, sciatica pain relief, rotator cuff injuries, shoulder and neck pain issues, migraine and headache relief massages, carpel tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow and golfers’ elbow, myofascial release, trigger point release, remedial exercises, prenatal massage, pediatric and under 14 agers massage, Indian head massages as well.
