Alekzander has been born and raised in Regina, SK . He chose to pursue massage therapy as a career where he can treat people with compassion.

Trained with accreditation from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies,  he is able to perform TMJ treatment,  DEEP TISSUE  massage , MYOFASCIAL RELEASE and RELAXATION TECHNIQUE.

Alekzander's focus has always been to help people fix their long term dysfunctions through mobilization techniques, prescribing exercises to help improve a dysfunction as quickly as possible.

Athiang Malok is a new student massage therapist currently studying at Prairie College Massage Therapy school here in Regina. She is a high school graduate of 2024 and completed her first year of university before deciding to go into massage therapy. Although Athiang is young, her skills continue to grow and is currently practicing Swedish massage techniques. She will have successfully finished her first year of training by December 2025. Athiang grew up in a family that practiced massage therapy which eventually sparked her interest in it as well. She loves learning about the anatomy of the human body and spends most of her free time indoors studying and expanding her knowledge.

Brody graduated from the Prairie College of Massage Therapy in February of 2023. He is certified in  prenatal , myofascial release, therapeutic and relaxation massage. He has a passion for sports as you can find him at the curling rink during winter and the golf course during the summer.

The massage therapy technique and science taught at the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies, combined with a natural sensitive and intuitive approach, help me to design the best practice, provided that we - the patient/client and I - listen carefully to the body response.
Indeed, with patient's agreement, we work together by exploring the different modalities that suit best for them. Listening to their expectations, my technique draws on many sources that work: tissue release, breathing, 100% presence, static/dynamic positioning, relaxation.

Jenelyn is a Registered massage therapist trained at Prairie College of Massage therapy. She specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and hydrotherapy.

Jen brings a calm, caring, and professional approach to every treatment. She focuses on pain relief, improved mobility, and helping client relax and feel supported.

Jen is passionate about treating neck and shoulder tension, lower back pain, headaches, and stress- related concerns. She is excited to be part of the clinic team and looks forward to helping client feel their best.

Jimmy is a registered massage therapist with CMMOTA and a graduate of Prairie College of Massage Therapy, which he earned Honours with Distinction. His education provided a strong foundation in both therapeutic and relaxation- focused massage, enabling them to support clients with a wide range of wellness needs.

His practice incorporates Swedish relaxation, general therapeutic techniques, deep tissue work, basic myofascial techniques, trigger point therapy, hydrotherapy applications, and remedial exercise education. With these skills, he tailor each session to the client's specific goals , comfort level, and overall well being .

Keeley grew up in Rural Manitoba from there she followed her passion and graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Therapies in 2015. Keeley has a wide range of treatment modalities including: SWEDISH MASSAGE, DEEP TISSUE, CUPPING, HOT STONE, and INSTRUMENT ASSISTED SOFT TISSUE MOBILIZATION. Keeley enjoys helping people achieve their treatment goals whether that is to reduce pain, relieve stress, or making daily movement easier.

Kristine started her career in 2005 with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Nursing in the Philippines. She migrated to Canada in 2009 and has over 17 year of Nursing experience with Medicine, Pediatrics , Emergency Nursing , Mother and Baby Care, Systemic Chemotherapy and Community Health.

Kristine always has had passion for helping others feel good about themselves. This led her to enroll at School of Natural Medical Aesthetics in Regina Saskatchewan and received a certificate for Medical Aesthetics. Kristine is also taking further education with Cosmetic Nursing . Kristine believes in creating a judgement free and safe haven for every individual's health and beauty needs.

Helping others has always been important to Lucia. Through community wellness events, she has found a passion in providing people with a moment of relaxation. This led her to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), graduated from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies. She is a member in good standing with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC). And she is excited to share her skills in massage to help people with relaxing and relieving stress. In her free time, Lucia enjoys spending time in nature, going for walks, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Melissa has worked several years with people with disabilities and her passion to help others has led her to graduate from the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and as an RMT from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy.

Melissa looks forward to working with her clients to provide massage and create plans to help in their every day lives. She is excited to continue growing in her knowledge and skills.

Michaela is born and raised in Regina SK, growing up she enjoyed being with friends and family and loved to travel.  She spent a lot of her high school days thinking of what to do with her life. She has always been fascinated by the body and how it works and decided to do massage therapy.

Michaela is a graduate student from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy  as of June 2023 and a member with NHPC. She has been passionate in pursuing into this career since high school and happy she can finally start her career and help those  who are need of treatment. Western College of Remedial Massage therapy has trained her to perform RELAXATION AND THERAPEUTIC treatment.

In the future Michaela has intentions of taking courses to be certified in specific treatments and up her knowledge.

Nicole after working several years in retail management decided to pursue a career she could enjoy and be passionate about. In 2018 she began to follow her passion and graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy in June 2020. She is looking forward to beginning her career as a Massage Therapist and will continue to pursue knowledge and skills relating to massage therapy.

Oscar is a passionate RMT and a graduate of Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy Inc.  He has always had a love for human physiology, movement and caring for others. Oscar works will all members of population and collaborates with clients to create a safe, enjoyable treatment and ongoing care plan that is catered to their specific needs and lifestyle, using assessment tools, and personalized treatment plans to assist in achieving his client's optimal health and well-being. He not only utilizes his skills to help alleviate pain and improve overall functional performance, but also educates his clients on their condition., and the importance of injury prevention. A  few areas of interest include injury management, and rehabilitation, stress management, persistent pain.

Bilingual English/ Spanish speaking, Oscar has been practicing Judo sport since childhood age and has Masters in Judo Martial arts degree and has also been a master teacher of judo for several years. As a long time sports person, he understands the toll that repetitive stress and physical fatigue can have on the body as a whole by blending both specific therapeutic modalities as well as soothing Swedish massage techniques.

During Oscar's time away from the clinic, he enjoys spending quality time with family.

Zyrr L Jhon  is a Registered Massage Therapist, a recent Graduate from Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies where he finished his 2200 hrs of Remedial Massage Therapy Diploma in June 2021. He is an active member of Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) with good standing.

Zyrr is a therapeutic and clinical therapist who focuses on Therapeutic/Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Cupping Therapy and Myofascial Release.
