Each RMT is part of their locally recognized massage college and regulating provincial association. We add to their experts status by investing in continuing education, which enhances their capabilities even further. We believe in our team, and it shows.   • Kaitlyn is very passionate about life as a Massage Therapist and helping those around her. She graduated in 2014 from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapy, here in Regina. Thereafter she practiced massage at a well-renown, national brand, spa in Calgary. She has now returned home and looks forward to meeting and helping her community. Cindy Zimmer

Registered Reflexology Therapist Reflexology Association of Canada RAC

  • Cindy was born and raised in Regina. She's been married for 38 years and has two wonderful sons and daughter-in-law, three fun and gorgeous granddaughters, a loving family, and great friends.

    After over 36 years of full-time work in the Public Service of Saskatchewan, the last half of which involved family support, Cindy retired and has had more freedom to pursue her long-time dream and passion, which is to serve others in the area of natural healing mainly being the study of reflexology.

    In January of 2016, Cindy began studying Foot Reflexology and became certified as a Registered Candian Reflexology Therapist in August of that year. By December of 2016, she became certified in Hand Reflexology. Since then, Cindy has attended many educational events, several of which have deepened her knowledge of reflexology, including reflexology for those with chronic pain as well as Hot Stone Reflexology. She continues to enjoy learning in order to broaden her knowledge and skills so that, through the practice of reflexology, others can experience this amazing natural healing modality to help relieve stress, improve blood circulation and support the body's efforts to function optimally.

Rafia Khalil

Manual Osteopathy Practitioner National Academy of Osteopathy ACMA

  • Rafia Khalil is a Manual Osteopathy Practitioner, she has recently obtained a diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice from the National Academy of Osteopathy in Toronto. She is also a member of the Alliance Canadienne Medicine Alternative (ACMA).

    She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Karachi and a Physiotherapy diploma in Pakistan, where she had many years of work experience as well.

    She moved to Regina 11 years ago and worked at CBI clinic. Currently, she is working as an Occupational and Physiotherapy Assistant at a long term care facility.

    After working 20 years immersed in Physiotherapy, She developed a desire to help people suffering from chronic pain. She explored different techniques and modalities for the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. As a Manual Osteopathy Practitioner, her expertise will help individuals suffering from symptoms such as TMD, (TMJ issues), Jaw clenching, grinding, headaches, migraines, chronic pain, and arthritis.
