Alyssa is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in Winnipeg. She has a desire to serve others with the abilities God gave her. Her passion continues to grow when helping others feel better.

She enjoys all kinds of art (drawing, painting, macrame, crafts, projects) and music (piano and singing).

Alyssa is so excited to accept new clients and meet the awesome people of Regina.

Brenda graduated from the Western College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2006 and is a member of the Massage Therapists Association of Saskatchewan (MTAS).

With over 17 years of experience in the field, Brenda is passionate about helping her clients and loves taking continuing education courses to keep growing as a massage therapist and a person. Some of her favorite courses attended have been pregnancy massage, myofascial cupping, and hot stone massage.

She focuses on different modalities:

When not at work, Brenda enjoys beautifying her home and learning new skills such as ballroom dancing.

Jason is a Registered Massage Therapist in Good standing with the N.H.P.C. Jason graduated from the Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2007 and has been practicing ever since. His treatments include Therapeutic, Relaxation, and Deep tissue. Jason has done his best work with the lower back, hips, and neck but looks forward to helping you with any pain or soreness you may experience.

Kriss completed his Massage Therapy course at the Prairie College of Massage Therapy. His goal is to provide a fantastic massage for clients and incorporate Swedish techniques, stretching, trigger point work, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone Massage and all other facets of massage therapy.

While Kriss offers relaxation/therapeutic treatments, many of his clients have commented on his strength and ability to provide a great deep tissue massage.

Kriss is now available and accepting new clients.

Marshall Jardine graduated from Prairie College of Massage Therapy and registered with CMMOTA with the goal of completing the Manual Osteopathic program at MOCC and any other course in the future, Marshall has a great passion for human kinetics and applying it to assist others. One of his life’s biggest joys is making people happy. He specializes in deep tissue and myofascial work with every intention of promoting relaxation and pain/ tension release.
In his free time, he likes to cook, play golf, and workout.
Marshall is very thrilled to accept new clients!

Mary graduated in July 2023 as a Registered Massage Therapist from Prairie College of Massage Therapy (PCMT) in Regina. Becoming an RMT has made her dream come true of helping others with their journey to a healthy lifestyle and wellness. She’s always been passionate about helping people alleviate their pains by using her skills and techniques in massage therapy. To better understand and help her clients with regard to their chronic pain, she is currently taking her Manual Osteopathy course at the same college.
Mary is an outgoing mother of four who loves to watch her children thrive and excel in their academics and chosen sports.

Michelle Lilley was first certified in reflexology through the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC) in 2019. She is trained in both foot and hand reflexology. She has a keen interest in both Reflexology and Iridology; the study of the iris to identify health predispositions. When she is not at Massage Experts offering amazing reflexology sessions to her clients Michelle practices mindfulness and meditation and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and three dogs.

Michelle is so excited to help you achieve your wellness goals.

Nichole studied Massage Therapy at Prairie College of Massage Therapy in Regina and graduated at the top of her class. She is in good standing with NHPC. Nichole has always had a passion for helping others and becoming an RMT has been her dream. Through the use of Swedish/relaxation and therapeutic techniques, her goal is to work with you to meet your needs.

Paul graduated from Prairie College of Massage Therapy in Regina and is in good standing with NHPC. During his free time, Paul's interests and hobbies are playing basketball, slow-pitch, volleyball, and also coaching football.

Sheri graduated with honors from Prairie College of Massage Therapy in Regina. She is an easy-going mother of four children who love to spend time watching her kids excel in their sports. Becoming an RMT was always a goal in the back of her mind. With her oldest headed off to college himself, the timing is right to begin her career change. She is extremely excited to join the team.
