Melanie comes from out West, where she earned a degree from the U of A, and has lived the past two decades in Regina with her husband and kids and many pets! In 2023 she decided to make a career shift, based on her passion for health, wellness, and active lifestyles, and started her massage therapy education with the Prairie College of Massage Therapy. She immediately fell in love with helping people work through pain and dysfunction, so that they are able to get back to doing whatever they love doing and living their best life - whether it be sport, hobbies, or just regular activities of day to day living. Melanie loves meeting people, assessing what is troubling them, and working with her clients to come up with a treatment plan to help them immediately and for the long-term. In her own words, Melanie says “I like to put myself in my client’s shoes, imagining what they are going through and how that must feel - that helps me decide what we’ll do that day to help them feel better - and I feel like that helps them relax too, if they can tell that I really care.” Please come and see Melanie, as she would be delighted to meet you, and use her skills and gifts to reduce your stress and pain, and get you moving more easily again.
