Life was very difficult as a Chef. My back hurt, my legs hurt, the days were long, and the discomfort was constant. I knew that I had to make a big life change. Having personally experienced the benefits of massage therapy during the height of my cooking career, I decided that it was an industry that I could picture myself within. I felt inspired for change and decided to pursue my diploma. I've always loved helping others. I enjoy taking care of and being there for others. That's why I became a Chef initially! I took this new path and went back to school. I completed my training (3000 hours) from MaKami College in early 2022. I specialize in therapeutic, relaxation, and deep tissue massage. I am also certified in hot stone massage and enjoy the benefits of this heat therapy on my clients.

Yadirka is a graduate of Makami College. She is both excited and eager to be part of the Massage Experts team. Her goal is not only to improve the health and wellness of her clients, but to continually work on enhancing her own massage skillsets as well. There are so many treatment styles and technique to learn, and she is determined to take all the continuing education courses she can. She has found her life's passion within Massage Therapy and in helping others. Through her treatments, she aspires to help relieve her client's pain and discomfort. Outside of the clinic, Yadirka has an interest in tennis, and is always awaiting a travel plans and the adventure they will bring. She also values spending time with her friends and family.

Brooke is a current honors student of Makami College (graduating in December 2022) who has recently completed her 2200 hour requirement to become a registered massage therapist. She has extensive experience in the incredible physical and emotional healing benefits that massage therapy can accomplish through her own healing journey, and she has had a passion for massage therapy ever since. Being a chronic illness sufferer herself, Brooke understands the complex nature of chronic pain and the detrimental effect that illness and injury can have on not only our physical health, but our mental health as well. Brooke is passionate about helping people achieve their wellness goals through massage therapy with a number of modalities including: Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, hot stone therapy, and cupping massage.

I am very passionate about health and well-being. I believe in the importance of educating the clients of how Massage Therapy helps their well-being and how it works. I am also very passionate about the fitness world and firmly believe in the importance of alimentation and physical activity when it is related to maintaining a healthy life.
With a good attitude and less intuitive I am able to provide individualize treatment according to what your body needs by providing Swedish and Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue and Cupping Massage, Hot and Cold stone and all other treatments that are unique for your healing experience.

Liliana is a Register Massage Therapist (RMT) graduated from Makami College, in Edmonton, Alberta, where she learned the most accurate techniques and treatments to help you feel relieved and relaxed; Being able to take away certain pain or discomfort naturally. Her priority is to give you a healing massage that helps your body and muscles to reach that high point of comfort and relaxation. Currently, Liliana is studying to become a Manual Osteopathic Therapist, and that way, to continue offering the best of her skills as a health worker. She is a very passionate and professional person who seeks every day to be the best in this field of health, where the relief of her patients are a priority.

Liliana has many years of experience. She offers several therapeutic treatment options with a focus on Prenatal, Hot Stones, and Myofascial Cupping – all while focusing on stress-relief, which can directly impact your overall muscle health. Her experience and training ensure she approaches client care uniquely for optimal results. She is passionate about her own professional growth and is constantly refining the care she provides all her clients.

Paola become a massage therapist because she felt it was the best opportunity to help others manage their pain and improve their quality of life. She loves meeting new people and is passionate about providing her clients with the ultimate relaxation experience. Paola is always looking forward to having more knowledge pf her profession so that she can provide exceptional skills to every treatment.

Currently, Paola is undergoing her training on Manual Osteopathic therapy looking to help her clients to restore their body balance and a quick relief of their symptoms. through her studies on manual osteopathic therapy, she has found new ways to treat her client and relieve pain problems efficiently. Through specialized techniques, Paola offers a specific and personalized treatment for each client.

Herzeleide graduated from Makami college in 2022 and is currently registered with the CRMTA as a Massage Therapist. She enjoys helping her clients that are looking for relief from physical pain, anxiety, stress or low energy levels. She specializes in  Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal massage , cupping massage, myofascial release. Moreover, She is also very interested to continue her education to improve and learn more techniques in her profession.

Cindy is a registered massage therapist and a member of the MTAA. She has over 2500 hours of training and graduated from Algonquin college in Ottawa, Ontario in 2005. She has been a member of the Massage therapist’s Association of Alberta since 2013. Cindy specializes in therapeutic massage to help with various injuries including repetitive strain injuries as well as many other conditions such as low back pain, frozen shoulder, tendinitis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Cindy specializes in trigger point treatment, therapeutic massage, pain relief and an overall sense of well-being. She has also completed a course in reflexology. She loves to promote the benefits that massage therapy can provide to her clients to help them in their busy lives. Cindy grew up in Ontario and has also lived in the Caribbean before calling Edmonton home. She has extensive experience in many different therapeutic settings and is always happy to share  her knowledge and experience with her clients to meet their treatment goals.

Kayla graduated in Spring 2023 from the Advanced Professional Massage Therapy Program at Wholistic Health Training & Research Centre in Edmonton. She is passionate about helping others live their best lives. She also has an interest in health & fitness, and believes in the importance of lifelong learning, having previously pursued degrees in English and Linguistics. After completing university and working desk jobs ,Pain in the neck and shoulders was a daily occurrence, and back and hip pain were becoming more and more frequent. She decided something had to change and began seeking out a massage therapist and seeing a chiropractor regularly. Not realizing at the time, this was the first step on the journey to a career in healing and helping others. The knowledge gained from this program, as well as from additional reading, research, and her own guided health journey, has culminated in a firm belief that the body heals best when treated as a whole unit. This is the intent behind each treatment – work the entire body, not only the areas where the pain is felt, but also the areas it is related to and/or originating from. Kayla is trained in multiple massage modalities (including therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, orthopedic, lymphatic, pregnancy, and baby massage), and often uses a combination of modalities, tailored to the specific needs of each client. She is also excited to learn additional techniques through continuing education.
