Ana is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a proud member of the Canadian Registered Massage Therapists' Association (CRMTA). She graduated from Makami College in April 2022 and is passionate about helping clients manage pain and enhance their overall wellness. Ana finds great satisfaction in knowing that her treatments can bring relief to those in need, even if it's temporary.

Annie is a highly skilled Registered Massage Therapist with 4 years of experience and a proud member of CRMTA. She specializes in Hot Stone, Cupping, and Deep Tissue techniques, customizing every session to suit each client's specific needs. Known for her exceptionally large and loyal clientele, Annie has built strong, lasting relationships through her compassionate care and consistent results. Her true passion lies in helping people feel better, and she finds deep fulfillment in knowing she’s made a difference—no matter how small—in relieving pain and improving well-being.

Cindy is a registered massage therapist and a member of the MTAA. She has over 2500 hours of training and graduated from Algonquin college in Ottawa, Ontario in 2005. She has been a member of the Massage therapist’s Association of Alberta since 2013. Cindy specializes in therapeutic massage to help with various injuries including repetitive strain injuries as well as many other conditions such as low back pain, frozen shoulder, tendinitis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Cindy specializes in trigger point treatment, therapeutic massage, pain relief and an overall sense of well-being. She has also completed a course in reflexology. She loves to promote the benefits that massage therapy can provide to her clients to help them in their busy lives.

Cindy grew up in Ontario and has also lived in the Caribbean before calling Edmonton home. She has extensive experience in many different therapeutic settings and is always happy to share  her knowledge and experience with her clients to meet their treatment goals.

Derena is a registered massage therapist who graduated from Trillium College in Ontario in August 2023. She is a proud member of the MTAA. With a background as a Personal Support Worker, Derena was inspired to pursue a career in massage therapy after experiencing firsthand the positive impact a massage treatment had on her well-being. Motivated by her own healing journey, she is passionate about providing the best care for each of her clients.

Derena is skilled in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Swedish massage, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, and sports massage. Her goal is to offer tailored treatments that address the unique needs of each client, ensuring an effective and healing experience.

Elias Nowochin graduated from Makami College and brings a strong passion for helping clients improve their overall well-being. He specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, therapeutic techniques, hot stone therapy, and dry cupping. Elias is committed to providing personalized care, whether clients are seeking relief from pain, tension, or stress. He continues to expand his skills and knowledge to offer the highest quality of treatment and support on every visit.

Herzeleide graduated from Makami college in 2022 and is currently registered with the CRMTA as a Massage Therapist. She enjoys helping her clients that are looking for relief from physical pain, anxiety, stress or low energy levels. She specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal massage, myofascial release. Moreover, She is also very interested to continue her education to improve and learn more techniques in her profession.

Jaskiran graduated from Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Edmonton and is committed to providing a calm, therapeutic experience for clients seeking relief from pain, stress, anxiety, or low energy.Jaskiran offers a comprehensive range of treatments, including deep tissue, relaxation, therapeutic, and prenatal massage. She also provides gentle, age-appropriate treatments for preschoolers (ages 3–5) and grade schoolers (ages 6–12). Her advanced techniques include dynamic myofascial cupping for headaches and migraines, hot oil scalp massage with head and neck focus, lymphatic drainage, TMJ massage, and hot stone therapy.With a strong commitment to ongoing education, Jaskiran continually expands her skills to ensure her clients receive the highest level of personalized and effective care.

Johnson understands how pain and injuries can get in the way of life and the things you love to do. After completing a Post Graduation in Psychiatric Social Work, Johnson decided to pursue a diploma in Massage Therapy from Makami College in the year 2022, in an effort to continue to expand his knowledge and skills focused around healing, helping and community with CRMTA registration. During his studies and at work, he worked with a variety of individuals and populations including seniors, sleep disorders and conditions such as frozen shoulder and muscle strains.

Johnson likes to combine general Swedish massage with joint mobilizations, passive stretching, stretching techniques and proprioceptive techniques to create unique treatments that address client’s goals. He aims to combine treatment with effective therapeutic home care to achieve the best outcomes. Johnson is deeply motivated to work with people with stress and chronic pain to help manage their symptoms and develop a healthy lifestyle conducive to pain free and stress reduced living. He is well-versed in various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and Therapeutic massage, allowing to tailor the treatment to your specific needs.

Mosa completed her 3000-hour Diploma in Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy, which included nerve flossing. She specializes in Thai Massage, relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, lymphatic, therapeutic, prenatal, and hot stone massage. She is also skilled in cupping and massage for children.

Outside of her work, Mosa enjoys baking, listening to music, trying new foods at different restaurants, playing chess, and practicing relaxation.

Paola completed her 3000-hour massage therapy program and graduated with distinct honors from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada as a Manual Osteopath Therapist. She became a Manual Therapist because she felt it was the best opportunity to help others manage their pain and improve their quality of life. Paola loves meeting new people and is passionate about providing her clients with the ultimate relaxation experience. She is always eager to expand her knowledge in her profession to deliver exceptional skills with every treatment.

Not only is she a massage therapist, but she is also a Manual Osteopath! As a Manual Osteopath, Paola takes a whole-body approach to assessing you, including movement-based assessments, spinal/pelvic alignments, and correcting any imbalances that may be present. Trained in anatomy and physiology, she uses techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage to address conditions like pain, injuries, and posture issues. Pia offers various services including active release massage, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and pre/post-natal care. She tailors treatments to individual needs, helping with conditions like arthritis, headaches, sciatica, muscle spasms, and more.

Trina is a highly skilled Registered Massage Therapist with 4 years of experience and a proud member of CRMTA.
