The TNC Neuro-Cutaneous Technique is effective, rapid and long-lasting. It is a manual treatment technique designed to restore balance to the body's joints, muscles and circulatory system.
Ideal for acute or chronic pain and stiffness, TNC combines the effectiveness of osteopathy, fasciatherapy and massage therapy in a single treatment.
The aim of TNC is to release the neuro-spasms (cellular retractions) that cause osteo-muscular imbalances. The technique helps improve tissue mobility and flexibility, as well as vascular, nervous and energetic exchanges. TNC helps relieve pain and stiffness.
TNC is performed using small, precise hand gestures on areas of skin tension. These “reprogrammed” surface points release the deep tissues that are connected to them.
Assessment (analysis) and treatment are performed through the skin. TNC can be performed in all positions and situations (standing, sitting, lying down, dressed). TNC is safe and has no contraindications, so anyone can benefit from it. The technique uses very little force, and no forced manipulation. The therapist's hand is not intrusive but simply serves to correct the body's “intelligence”. If the dominant lesion corresponds to an osteo-articular attachment, a muscular chain, a viscera or an acupuncture point, the practitioner's fingers will necessarily be guided to different skin points as the body's “intelligence” demands. If the dominant lesion corresponds to an osteo-articular attachment, a muscle chain, a viscera or an acupuncture point, the practitioner's fingers will necessarily be guided over different skin points associated with precise movements.
