Alexandre is a massage therapist and kinesitherapist. He is a member of the Réseau des Massothérapeutes Professionnels du Québec (RMPQ).

He graduated in kinesitherapy and massage therapy from the Academy of Scientific Massage in 2014. He has more than 1000 hours of training.

His massage techniques include: Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Fascia Massage, Kinesitherapy, Passive Mobilizations, Anti-Stress Massage, Lymphatic Drainage (including pre and post surgery), Bamboo Massage, Prenatal Massage, Lomi Massage -Lomi (traditional Hawaiian), Reflexology

Alexandre has a great sense of listening and attention to detail. He takes great satisfaction in offering personalized treatments to everyone.

André is a ND practitioner, kinesiologist and registered massage therapist.

André is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec (AMQ). Its massage techniques include: Deep Tissue Massage, Fascia Therapy, Suction Cup Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Craniosacrial Massage, Passive Mobilization, Temporo Mandibular Joint Massages, Pre and Post natal Massage, Trigger Points, Reflexology, Visceral Massage, Tui-na massage, Chinese massage, Lymphatic Drainage (including Post-Surgery Drainage).
André holds a master's degree in sports sciences with a specialization in kinesiology and sports and exercise therapy. He graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Kiné-concept Collège Ellis.

Delphine is a member of the Regroupement des Intervenants et Thérapeutes en Médecine Alternative et complémentaires (RITMA). With 17 years of experience as a massage therapist and sports physiotherapist in France, she has acquired techniques allowing her to help relieve muscle and joint discomfort as much as to prevent injuries or chronic pain thanks to: therapeutic massage , deep tissue massage, fascia-therapy, craniosacral massage, sports massage and general and sports therapy. She also offers techniques to improve circulation such as lymphatic drainage. Delphine is also qualified for post-surgery drainage.

Daniel is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec (AMQ).

He holds a Diploma of Vocational Studies in Massage Therapy from Inter-Dec College (now College Lasalle) in Montreal. This is a 1,100-hour training course. Daniel also holds a diploma of collegial studies in social sciences from Vanier College in Montreal.
Passionate about the health field, Daniel continued his training at Concordia University in Montreal.

Daniel's massage techniques include : deep tissue massage, cupping massage, fascia massage, head massage, passive mobilizations, therapeutic massage and Swedish massage.

Faiçal is a member of the Can-American Association of Massage Therapists (CAMT).

He graduated from the State Academy of Physical Culture in Kharkov, Ukraine, (B.A.) with a specialization in physical rehabilitation (2007). He also obtained a certificate from the Ministry of Health Protection Medical Center LOTA+ of Ukraine in 2008.

In 2022, Faical completed the training: Tissue Listening / Fasciatherapy at the Aman Center of Kinesitherapy in Marrakech, Morocco. After immigrating to Quebec, Faical completed 400 hours of training in Ayurvedic Massage Therapy at Shanti College Holistic Clinic, Laval, Quebec.

He has over 1000 hours of massage therapy training.

His massage techniques include: Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Fascia Massage, Passive Mobilizations, Anti-Stress Massage, Lymphatic Drainage (including pre and post-surgery), Reflexology

Faical has a friendly approach, he will put you at ease. He likes to mix techniques to adapt a therapeutic massage to each individual.

Faical speaks Arabic, French, English and Russian. He also has a basic knowledge of Ukrainian.

Hasna is a member of the Réseau des Massothérapeutes du Québec (RMPQ). She has been practicing massage therapy since 1995.

She trained in massage therapy as part of her studies at the Fandi Institute, in Agadir, Morocco. Hasna also received training in massage therapy at the Académie de Massage Scientifique in Montreal.

Hasna masters many techniques, including: therapeutic massage, cupping massage, deep tissue massage, fascia therapy, hot stone massage, head massage, lymphatic drainage (including post-surgical), cellular treatment with maderotherapy (wooden sticks), passive mobilizations, prenatal massage and postnatal, sports massage and temporomandibular joint massage (TMJ) (jaw).

Hasna also masters the facial massage. Our face counts over 40 muscles. The massage of these muscles is not only very relaxing, but it also brings an instant lift!

Hasna speaks Arabic, French and Italian

Houda is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec. She practices kinesitherapy and massage therapy since 2011. Her massage techniques include: Sport, Swedish, Californian, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Hot Stones, Lymphatic Drainage, Passive Mobilizations, Trigger Points, Temporo Mandibular Joint (TMJ).
She holds a State diploma from Morocco in Kinesitherapy. Houda received a comparative evaluation of studies outside of Quebec, from the Ministry of immigration diversity and inclusion, for DEC "Technique en réadaptation physique".
Houda speaks French and English

Jenn is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec (AMQ).

She is certified in massage therapy from the Académie Internationale Compétences Beauté, Longueuil, since 2007. Jenn also holds a certification from the Setsuko School of Massage in Montreal since 2015. She has also obtained several other certifications for different massage modalities. She has 1000 hours of training.

Jenn is an experienced massage therapist. She also has a background in aesthetics. She excels in hot stone massage as well as cold stone massage. She also offers Thai Herbal Poultice Massage (with steam heated herbal compresses).

Jenn also masters the following techniques: Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Shiatsu

Jenn speaks French, Haitian creole, and English.

Jonathan is a member of the Fédération Québécoise des Massothérapeutes (FQM).

He trained in massage therapy at the École de Massothérapie Massotech in Sainte-Adèle, Quebec. Jonathan has also done deep tissue and BambooDao training at the École Kiné Concept Guijek in Montreal.

His massage techniques include: Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Release, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Bamboo Massage.

He continues to train to add other massage techniques to his offering.

Jonathan is not only a qualified therapist, he has also completed a Mastery of the Energy System course (1239 hrs) at the Autonomy-Mastery-Energy School in Mont St-Hilaire, Quebec.

Jonathan is originally from the south of France. He lives in Quebec since 2014.

He speaks French.

Jiny (Jingru) is a member of the Réseau des Massothérapeutes Professionnels du Québec (RMPQ).

She grew up in Taiwan in an environment where traditional medicine and massage therapy were part of everyday life. Jiny started practicing massage therapy naturally. Upon arriving in Quebec, she trained at the IKRA Academy of Massage Therapy in Montreal, from which she obtained a certificate in 2022.

Jiny practices Swedish and relaxation massage. She can apply strong pressure if required.

Jiny chose to move to Quebec in 2018, to be able to live in a French speaking environment. Since she was young, she has had a passion for French cinema. So she learned the language and chose to immigrate to Montreal.

She speaks Mandarin, English and French

Lander is a member of the Canadian Association of Therapists in Complementary Medicine (CATCM).

He is trained in Swedish massage and sports massage therapy (Kine I) at the IKRA Academy of Massage Therapy in Montreal. This is a 720 hour training. Lander is currently continuing his training to add more techniques to his skills.

Lander's massage techniques include: deep tissue massage, passive mobilizations, therapeutic massage and Swedish massage.

Lander is originally from Colorado, USA. After a stint in Nicaragua, he had a life-changing encounter and chose to move to Quebec in 2020.

Lander has a positive, welcoming nature and listens to his clients' needs. He will tailor a treatment to your needs.

He speaks English, basic Spanish and is learning French.

Larbi is a member of the Réseau des Massothérapeutes Professionnels du Québec (RMPQ).
After having done long international studies in management (Bachelor of Science, Technology and Management and Bachelor in Business Administration in Casablanca, Morocco; Combined international MBA: IEDE business school Madrid, Spain, JIAO tong university, Shanghai, China and UC Irvine, California, US ), and started a career in management, Larbi chose to follow his passion for manual therapy.
He obtained his certification in massage therapy from the Academy of Scientific Massage in Montreal.
Larbi's massage techniques include: sports massage, deep tissue massage, bio-body massage and Swedish massage.

Luis is a member of the Regroupement des Intervenants et Thérapeutes en Médecine Alternative (RITMA).
He graduated from Kiné-Concept school with more than 1000 hours of training. He also has training in Reiki.
His massage techniques include: Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Kinetic Massage, Californian Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuro-Muscle Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, Fascia Massage, Passive Mobilizations,
Luis has over 17 years of experience.
He is not only a qualified therapist, but also NLP Coach (personal and professional). His mission is to convey to anyone an awareness of this great instrument called "body" to improve the life of all..
Luis speaks French, Spanish and English.

Oanh-Ana is a massage and massopuncture therapist. She is a member of Le Regroupement des Massothérapeutes du Québec. She trained at Ecole Professionelle en Massotherapie Europeenne Dr Lutfa in 2012.
Massopuncture is a massage therapy technique that derives from traditional Chinese medicine, consisting of stimulating acupuncture points by pressure from the fingers in order to help reduce stress and fatigue.
Generally, if you have muscle tension, Oanh-Anah will use the "dry" (oil-free) deep tissue massage technique to relieve that tension, after massaging with oil at first.Oanh-Ana's massage techniques also include: therapy, deep tissue, hot stone massage.
Oanh-Ana is reserved by nature but will know how to release you from your muscular tensions.
She speaks Vietnamese, French and English

Sanjana is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec (AMQ). She practices massage therapy since 2005.
Sanjana initially trained in massage therapy in the physiotherapy program at  the Bangladesh Health Professional Institute (BHPI) - Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP) in 2005. She also trained at the Oriental Acupressure Massage School in Montreal. Since then, she continued perfecting her skills, and obtained a Diploma in Physical Therapy Aid, and a Certificate in Treatment and Movement of a Patient in Physical Therapy, issued by Alison (Advanced Learning Interactive Systems), founded in Galway, Ireland. She also obtained a certificate in The Role of Physical Therapy and Exercise, issue by Coursera, authorised by the University of Toronto and a certificate in Preventing Chronic Pain: A Human Systems Approach, issued Coursera, authrorised by the University of Minnesota
Sanjana uses techniques of acupressure therapy and soft tissue mobilization to help relieving headache and migraine pain, cervicogenic headaches, occipital neuralgia headache, cervical spondylitis and cervical facet hypertrophy and concussion.
Sanjana has acquired techniques allowing her to help relieve muscle and joint discomfort as much as to prevent injuries or chronic pain.
Sanjana masters a multitude of techniques, including: Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Massage for Pain Relief, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure Therapy, Prenatal massage, Hot Stones, Cupping Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage (including Post-Surgery Drainage), Indie Head Massage, Hand & Feet Reflexology and the Temporomandibular Joints (TMJ).
Sanjana studied Hand, Foot and Facial Treatment at the Inter-Dec-College in Montreal.
She speaks Bengali and English and is learning French.

Shu Mei is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes Professionnels du Québec (AMPQ).
She is a graduate of the Institut Québécois de Médecine Traditionnelle Chinoise in Massage Therapy and Naturopathy with 1400 hours of training since 2007. Since then, she has been perfecting her skills and knowledge.
She is originally from Taiwan and grew up with traditional Chinese medicine practitioners. Her training began at a young age.
