Aimee (Chunyan) Yu

Certified Massage Therapist | FQM

  • Aimee is a member of the Fédération Québécoise des Massothérapeutes Agréés (FQM).
    A former internal medicine physician, in China, with over 20 years of experience, Aimee made a big move… country and career. She received a Diploma in Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy (3000-hour program) from Makami College, Edmonton, Alberta in 2016.

    Aimee is highly skilled and offers a multitude of massage techniques and expertise, including: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Points Release, Myofascial Release, Face and neck decompression, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage (including Post-Surgery), Hot Stones Massage, Abdomen Massage, Passive Mobilizations, Masssage Tui Na and Reflexology.

    Before dedicating herself to massage therapy, Aimee worked as a staff doctor in Internal Medicine, Cardiologist doctor and Endocrinologist doctor. Aimee brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice.

André Lalonde

  • André is a ND practitioner, kinesiologist and registered massage therapist.

    Registered Massage Therapist
    André is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec (AMQ). Its massage techniques include: Deep Tissue Massage, Fascia Therapy, Suction Cup Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Craniosacrial Massage, Passive Mobilization, Temporo Mandibular Joint Massages, Pre and Post natal Massage, Trigger Points, Reflexology, Visceral Massage, Tui-na massage, Chinese massage, Lymphatic Drainage (including Post-Surgery Drainage).
    André holds a master's degree in sports sciences with a specialization in kinesiology and sports and exercise therapy. He graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Kiné-concept Collège Ellis.

    ND practitioner
    André is a member of the Association des Naturopathes Agréés du Québec (ANAQ). Having general expertise in promoting optimal health through the use of natural and biological means, André has particular expertise in the digestive and nervous systems. In particular, he uses hydrotherapy for stress management. He also uses cold laser auriculotherapy as a health technique, in particular for pain management, stress management and addiction withdrawal.
    He obtained his diploma of Doctorate in Naturopathic Sciences from the Quebec program in collaboration with Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Ontario. He also holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Montreal and a parallel naturopathic diploma from the Canadian College of Naturopathy in Montreal.

Andriy Kharkov

Certified Massage Therapist | RITMA

  • Andriy is a member of the Regroupement des Intervenants et Thérapeutes en Médecine Alternative (RITMA).

    He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Dnipro State Medical University in Ukraine with a specialization in Physical therapy in 2019.

    After moving to Quebec, he trained for 1000 hours in Ayurvedic Massage therapy at Shanti College Holistic Clinic, Laval, Quebec.

    His massage techniques include: Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sport Massage. Andriy is also an expert in Ayurvedic Kerala Massage.

    Ayurveda is a traditional system of medicine from India that emphasizes the use of natural ingredients and holistic approaches. Andriy’s mission is to promote balance and well-being in the body, mind, and spirit, offering potential benefits such as improved overall health and increased harmony through his massages. During an Ayurvedic session, you could choose to include an Indie Head massage with oil, an Abdominal massage and even a Facial massage.

    Andriy speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian. He also has a basic knowledge of French.

Arnaud Roumengas

Certified Massage Therapist | RMPQ

  • Arnaud is a member of the Réseau des Massothérapeutes Professionnels du Québec (RMPQ).

    Arnaud obtained a state diploma from the French Ministry of Health as a massage therapist/kinesitherapist, issued in Marseille, France, in July 2019. He previously completed a Première Année Commune aux Études de Santé (PACES) at the Faculté de Médecine de la Timone-Marseille, France. Arnaud has also completed a shoulder training course with Kiné au Top (a training organization for kinesitherapists), in Paris, France. Arnaud has over 2380 hours of training.

    Arnaud held several positions in kinesitherapy in France before settling in Quebec in 2023.

    His massage techniques include: therapeutic massage, deep-tissue massage, sports massage, general and sports physiotherapy. Arnaud can also provide relaxation massage. He also offers circulation-enhancing techniques such as lymphatic drainage. Arnaud is also qualified in post-surgical drainage.

    Arnaud is athletic and an avid soccer player.

Brigitte Lévesque

Certified Massage Therapist | FQM

  • Brigitte is a member of the Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes (FQM).

    Brigitte trained in Massage Therapy in 2015 at the Centre de Ressourcement et de Massothérapie (now Équilibre et Ressourcement) in Rimouski, Québec. Brigitte continued her training by completing a course in Sport Massage and Trigger Points, in 2016, Lumbar Massage Therapy in 2019 and Massage for pregnant women in 2021, at the École de Massothérapie Professionnelle Équilibre et Détente inc. in Rimouski.
    She also took several training courses at the Institut de Formation de la FQM from 2020 to 2023 and completed training in Deep Tissue Massage in 2024, at Collège Massothérapie, Ste-Thérèse, Québec.

    Her massage techniques include:
    Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage, sports massage, cupping massage, therapeutic massage, prenatal massage, hot stone massage, Thai oil table massage.

Daniel Lee

Certified Massage Therapist | AMQ

  • Daniel is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec (AMQ).

    He holds a Diploma of Vocational Studies in Massage Therapy from Inter-Dec College (now College Lasalle) in Montreal. This is a 1,100-hour training course. Daniel also holds a diploma of collegial studies in social sciences from Vanier College in Montreal.
    Passionate about the health field, Daniel continued his training at Concordia University in Montreal.

    Daniel's massage techniques include : deep tissue massage, cupping massage, fascia massage, head massage, passive mobilizations, therapeutic massage and Swedish massage.

    With his welcoming personality and his listening skills, Daniel will be able to tailor a treatment to your needs.

    He speaks English, French and Cantonese.

Ekaterina Varfolomeeva

Certified Massage Therapist | FQM

  • Ekaterina is a member of the Fédération Québécoise des Massothérapeutes Agréés (FQM).

    She completed her Swedish massage training at IKRA Académie de Massothérapie in October 2023. She also completed a training in Structural Myofascial Therapy - Foundations Level 1 at IKRA Academy of Massage Therapy, in March 2024.

    Ekaterina takes a perfectionist approach to her massages. Swedish massage techniques focus primarily on muscles and joints, while promoting blood circulation to the heart. They were developed by the Swedish Pehr Heinrick Ling (1776-1839) with the aim of optimizing athletic performance. Swedish massage also promotes lymphatic circulation, relaxes and tones muscles.

    Although she doesn't practice deep-tissue massage, Ekaterina can apply fairly strong pressure.

    Ekaterina speaks Russian, English and basic French.

Grace (Ying) Xiao

Certified Massage Therapist | AMPQ

  • Grace (Ying) is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes Professionnels du Québec (AMPQ).

    She completed 1,150 hours of massage therapy training at École de Massothérapie Corzéame Inc. in Montreal. She obtained her certification in 2013.

    Grace practices Chinese massage therapy. She has also mastered Swedish massage techniques, energizing massage, relaxing massage and Tui Na.

    She speaks Mandarin, English and a few words of French.

Hasna Naji

Certifed Massage Therapist & Kinesitherapist | RMPQ

  • Hasna is a member of the Réseau des Massothérapeutes du Québec (RMPQ). She has been practicing massage therapy since 1995.

    She trained in massage therapy as part of her studies at the Fandi Institute, in Agadir, Morocco. Hasna also received training in massage therapy at the Académie de Massage Scientifique in Montreal.

    Hasna masters many techniques, including: therapeutic massage, cupping massage, deep tissue massage, fascia therapy, hot stone massage, head massage, lymphatic drainage (including post-surgical), cellular treatment with maderotherapy (wooden sticks), passive mobilizations, prenatal massage and postnatal, sports massage and temporomandibular joint massage (TMJ) (jaw).

    Hasna also masters the facial massage. Our face counts over 40 muscles. The massage of these muscles is not only very relaxing, but it also brings an instant lift!

Houda Boulouz

  • Houda is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec. She practices kinesitherapy and massage therapy since 2011. Her massage techniques include: Sport, Swedish, Californian, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Hot Stones, Lymphatic Drainage, Passive Mobilizations, Trigger Points, Temporo Mandibular Joint (TMJ).
    She holds a State diploma from Morocco in Kinesitherapy. Houda received a comparative evaluation of studies outside of Quebec, from the Ministry of immigration diversity and inclusion, for DEC "Technique en réadaptation physique".

Jiny (Jingru) Jian

  • Jiny (Jingru) is a member of the Réseau des Massothérapeutes Professionnels du Québec (RMPQ).

    She grew up in Taiwan in an environment where traditional medicine and massage therapy were part of everyday life. Jiny started practicing massage therapy naturally. Upon arriving in Quebec, she trained at the IKRA Academy of Massage Therapy in Montreal, from which she obtained a certificate in 2022.

    Jiny practices Swedish and relaxation massage. She can apply strong pressure if required.

    Jiny chose to move to Quebec in 2018, to be able to live in a French speaking environment. Since she was young, she has had a passion for French cinema. So she learned the language and chose to immigrate to Montreal.

Kim Élaine Gosselin

  • Kim Élaine is an Osteopath D.O. and a Massage Therapist

    Osteopathy

    Kim Élaine is a graduate from l’Académie d’Ostéopathie de Montréal (where she did her thesis) after taking the prerequisite courses at the Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques de Montréal.

    Kim Élaine practices biodynamic osteopathy. Biodynamic listening focuses on the movements of tissues, fluids and bones, as well as on the relationship between the human body and its physical, biological and vibratory environment. Following the same osteopathic principle of resting on a central silence (fulcrum) that promotes life, biodynamic osteopathy restores the body's healthy relationships within itself and with its surroundings.

    Osteopathy helps relieve many problems related to stress, anxiety, excesses inflicted by sport, muscular and articular disorders, compensatory posture, digestive problems, rapid transformations during pregnancy or post-partum recovery, sleep disorders, menstrual discomforts and more.

    Kim Élaine is a fast walker, long-distance runner and ultra-distance athlete.

    Massage therapy

    Kim Élaine is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes RITMA. She trained in massage therapy at the École Guijek in Montreal.

    In addition to her knowledge of human biology acquired in osteopathy, Kim Élaine adds massage therapy to her therapeutic toolbox.

    She has a listening approach and is very attentive to the body's potential for health. Her massage techniques include Swedish, Fascia Therapy, Deep Tissue, Prenatal after 12 weeks and Postnatal, Sacro-Cranial, Lymphatic Drainage and Temporo-Mandibular Joint Massage. She also practices therapeutic and relaxation massage.

Léa Sprauel

Certified Massage Therapist & Kinesitherapist | RITMA

  • Léa is a member of the Regroupement des Intervenants et Thérapeutes en Médecine Alternative et Complementaire (RITMA).

    She graduated as a massage / kinesitherapist from the physiotherapy school Schule Ortenau, Eckartsweler, Germany in 2014. She then did several trainings in analytical manual therapy, according to the Sohier concept (analytical physical therapy, Raymond Sohier) at the Allister Institute in Mulhouse, France.

    Before practicing in a massage therapy clinic, Léa benefited from five years of experience in hospitals and clinics in neurology, cardiology, traumatology and orthopedics. Her experience with patients in the post-operative rehabilitation phase (restoration of movement and functional abilities) allows her to help relieve muscle discomfort in a wide range of situations. Lea has also worked with patients with degenerative diseases to help them gain range of motion and improve proprioception and endurance. She also has experience in respiratory kinesitherapy with children.

    Lea is a sports enthusiast and has worked as a volunteer massage therapist/kinesitherapist for sports teams (handball and bike racing).

    Her massage techniques include: therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, fasciatherapy, sports massage, general and sports physical therapy. She also offers techniques to improve circulation such as lymphatic drainage. Léa is also qualified in post-surgical drainage.

    Thanks to her expertise, Léa knows how to adapt her practice to children, youth and adults, as well as to occasional or regular athletes.

    Interestingly, Léa has three years of experience as an educator of young children in private settings and in early childhood centers.

Luis Chavez

  • Luis is a member of the Regroupement des Intervenants et Thérapeutes en Médecine Alternative (RITMA).
    He graduated from Kiné-Concept school. He also has training in Reiki.
    His massage techniques include: Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Kinetic Massage, Californian Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Neuro-Muscle Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, Fascia Massage, Passive Mobilizations,
    Luis has over 17 years of experience.
    He is not only a qualified therapist, but also NLP Coach (personal and professional). His mission is to convey to anyone an awareness of this great instrument called "body" to improve the life of all.

Nataliia Vysotska

Certified Massage Therapist | RITMA

  • Nataliia is a member of the Regroupement des Intervenants et Thérapeutes en Médecine Alternative et Complementaire (RITMA).

    After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Christian Humanitarian and Economic Open University in Odessa, Ukraine, in July 2020, Nataliia practiced as a psychologist with a specialization in body and interpersonal therapy, including massage and relaxation techniques.
    Nataliia moved to Quebec in 2022 and completed training in Ayurvedic Massage and Visceral Massage, in 2023, and Classical Therapeutic Massage, in 2024, at the College of Shanti Holistic Clinic in Laval, Quebec. She has also trained in Swedish massage at the IKRA School of Massage Therapy. She has 1029 hours of training.
    Her massage techniques include:
    Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage, therapeutic classical massage, Kerala ayurvedic massage, visceral massage (abdomen), lymphatic drainage (using the ayurvedic method).

    Before devoting herself to massage therapy, Nataliia worked as a tourist agent for a decade.

Oanh-Anah Nguyen

Certified Massage Therapist & Massopuncture | RMQ

  • Oanh-Ana is a massage and massopuncture therapist. She is a member of Le Regroupement des Massothérapeutes du Québec. She trained at Ecole Professionelle en Massotherapie Europeenne Dr Lutfa in 2012.
    Massopuncture is a massage therapy technique that derives from traditional Chinese medicine, consisting of stimulating acupuncture points by pressure from the fingers in order to help reduce stress and fatigue.
    Generally, if you have muscle tension, Oanh-Anah will use the "dry" (oil-free) deep tissue massage technique to relieve that tension, after massaging with oil at first.Oanh-Ana's massage techniques also include: therapy, deep tissue, hot stone massage.
    Oanh-Ana is reserved by nature but will know how to release you from your muscular tensions.
    She speaks Vietnamese, French and English

Sanjana Islam

Certified Massage Therapist & Kinesitherapist | AMQ

  • Sanjana is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec (AMQ). She practices massage therapy since 2005.
    Sanjana initially trained in massage therapy in the physiotherapy program at  the Bangladesh Health Professional Institute (BHPI) - Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP) in 2005. She also trained at the Oriental Acupressure Massage School in Montreal. Since then, she continued perfecting her skills, and obtained a Diploma in Physical Therapy Aid, and a Certificate in Treatment and Movement of a Patient in Physical Therapy, issued by Alison (Advanced Learning Interactive Systems), founded in Galway, Ireland. She also obtained a certificate in The Role of Physical Therapy and Exercise, issue by Coursera, authorised by the University of Toronto and a certificate in Preventing Chronic Pain: A Human Systems Approach, issued Coursera, authrorised by the University of Minnesota
    Sanjana uses techniques of acupressure therapy and soft tissue mobilization to help relieving headache and migraine pain, cervicogenic headaches, occipital neuralgia headache, cervical spondylitis and cervical facet hypertrophy and concussion.
    Sanjana has acquired techniques allowing her to help relieve muscle and joint discomfort as much as to prevent injuries or chronic pain.
    Sanjana masters a multitude of techniques, including: Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage, Massage for Pain Relief, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Acupressure Therapy, Prenatal massage, Hot Stones, Cupping Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage (including Post-Surgery Drainage), Indie Head Massage, Hand & Feet Reflexology and the Temporomandibular Joints (TMJ).

Tetiana Dubnytska

Certified Massage Therapist | RITMA

  • Tetiana is a member of the Regroupement des intervenants et thérapeutes en médecine alternative (RITMA). She has been practicing massage therapy since 2004.

    Tetiana has over 3,100 hours of massage therapy training recognized in Quebec.
    She received her initial massage therapy training as part of her university studies at Sumy State University in Ukraine, from which she graduated with a Master's Degree in Physical Rehabilitation in 2004. She also obtained a Postgraduate Studies diploma in Physical, Massage Therapy, and Rehabilitation from the Russian State Unviersity of Physical Education, Sport, and Toursim, Russia, in 2008.
    In 2022-2023, Tetiana trained in massage therapy at the Collège de la Clinique Holistique Shanti in Montreal and received a diploma as a massage therapy practitioner from the École de Massothérapie Panvic, in Montreal.

    Tetiana has mastered many techniques, including therapeutic massage, deep-tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage (including post-surgical), passive mobilizations, prenatal and post-natal massage, hot stone massage, TMJ (jaw) massage, cupping, head massage and reflexology.

    Amongst her various experience, Tetiana has also worked as a massage therapist for various Olympic teams at the Antalya Sports Camp in Turkey.
