André is a ND practitioner, kinesiologist and massage therapist.

ND practitioner
André is a member of the Quebec Association Naturopathic Medecine (QANM). Having general expertise in promoting optimal health through the use of natural and biological means, André has particular expertise in the digestive and nervous systems. In particular, he uses hydrotherapy for stress management. He also uses cold laser auriculotherapy as a health technique, in particular for pain management, stress management and addiction withdrawal.
He obtained his diploma of Doctorate in Naturopathic Sciences from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Ontario. He also holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Montreal and a parallel naturopathic diploma from the Canadian College of Naturopathy in Montreal.

André holds a master's degree in sports sciences with a specialization in kinesiology and sports and exercise therapy. He graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Kiné-concept \ Collège Ellis.

Daniel is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Québec (AMQ).

He holds a Diploma of Vocational Studies in Massage Therapy from Inter-Dec College (now College Lasalle) in Montreal. This is a 1,100-hour training course. Daniel also holds a diploma of collegial studies in social sciences from Vanier College in Montreal.

Passionate about the health field, Daniel continued his training at Concordia University in Montreal.

Daniel's massage techniques include : deep tissue massage, cupping massage, fascia massage, head massage,  therapeutic massage and Swedish massage.

Ekaterina is a member of the Fédération Québécoise des Massothérapeutes Agréés (FQM).

She completed her Swedish massage training at IKRA Académie de Massothérapie in October 2023. She also completed a training in Structural Myofascial Therapy - Foundations Level 1 at IKRA Academy of Massage Therapy, in March 2024, and Sport Massage in February 2025.

Ekaterina takes a perfectionist approach to her massages. Swedish massage techniques focus primarily on muscles, while promoting blood circulation to the heart. They were developed by the Swedish Pehr Heinrick Ling (1776-1839) with the aim of optimizing athletic performance. Swedish massage also promotes lymphatic circulation, relaxes and tones muscles.

Although she doesn't practice deep-tissue massage, Ekaterina can apply fairly strong pressure. She masters sport massage techniques, trigger points massage and passive mobilizations.

Ekaterina completed a master degree in geology at the Bashkir State University, Ufa, Bashkortostan, Russia.

Ekaterina speaks Russian, English and basic French.

Emma (Pui Pui) is a member of the Regroupement des Massothérapeutes du Québec (RMQ).

Emma trained in massage therapy at Ecole Setsuko, in Montreal, from which she obtained a certificate in 2025.

She practices Swedish and relaxation massage. She can apply strong pressure if required.

Emma also practiced massage therapy in Hong Kong, for one year, before moving to Montreal in 2016. She then became a pastry chef and worked in various establishments in Montreal.

Emma practices clear communication and empathetic listening. Her soothing approach provides comfort.

George is a member of the Regroupement des Intervenants et Thérapeutes en Médecine Alternative et complémentaires (RITMA).

After settling in Quebec in 2022, George completed training in Visceral Massage in 2023 at the Collège de la Clinique Holistique Shanti in Laval, Quebec. He then completed training in Classical Therapeutic Massage, in 2024, at the same Collège.

George has over 1000 hours of recognized training in Quebec.Before devoting himself to massage therapy, George worked as a hair stylist. He began learning massage techniques from "local masters" in Ukraine and later in Turkey and has been practicing massage therapy privately, since 2019.

Grace (Ying) is a member of the Regroupement des Massothérapeutes du Québec (RMQ).

She completed 1,150 hours of massage therapy training at École de Massothérapie Corzéame Inc. in Montreal. She obtained her certification in 2013.

Grace practices Chinese massage therapy. She has also mastered Swedish massage techniques, cupping therapy, energizing massage, relaxing massage, hot stones massage and Tui Na.

She speaks Mandarin, English and a few words of French.

Hasna is a member of the Réseau des Massothérapeutes du Québec (RMPQ). She has been practicing massage therapy since 1995.
She trained in massage therapy as part of her studies at the Fandi Institute, in Agadir, Morocco. Hasna also received training in massage therapy at the Académie de Massage Scientifique in Montreal.

Hasna masters a multitude of techniques, including: therapeutic massage, cupping massage, deep tissue massage, fascia therapy, hot stone massage, head massage, lymphatic drainage (including post-surgical), prenatal massage and postnatal and temporomandibular joint massage (TMJ) (jaw).

Hasna has developed expertise in post breast cancer massage to help relieve pain and promote healing.

With her aesthetic training from the Fandi Institute, Hasna also practices facial massage. Our face counts over 40 muscles. The massage of these muscles is not only very relaxing, but it also brings an instant lift!

Kim Élaine is an Osteopath D.O. and a Massage Therapist

In addition to these trainings, she completed Stig Severinsen's “Breatheology - Instructor” training and has been a “Certified Instructor” since December 2024. Kim Élaine also completed Level 1 Postural Reprogramming Certification from the Collège International d'Étude de la Statique & Xpertise 360, in September 2025.

Osteopathy

Kim Élaine is a graduate from l’Académie d’Ostéopathie de Montréal (where she did her thesis) after taking the prerequisite courses at the Collège d'Études Ostéopathiques de MontréalAcadémie d’Ostéopathie de Montréal.

Kim Élaine practices biodynamic osteopathy. Biodynamic listening focuses on the movements of tissues, fluids and bones, as well as on the relationship between the human body and its physical, biological and vibratory environment. Following the same osteopathic principle of resting on a central silence (fulcrum) that promotes life, biodynamic osteopathy restores the body's healthy relationships within itself and with its surroundings.

Osteopathy helps relieve many problems related to stress, anxiety, excesses inflicted by sport, muscular and articular disorders, compensatory posture, digestive problems, rapid transformations during pregnancy or post-partum recovery, sleep disorders, menstrual discomforts and more.

Massage therapy

Kim Élaine is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes RITMA. She trained in massage therapy at the École Guijek in Montreal.

In addition to her knowledge of human biology acquired in osteopathy, Kim Élaine adds massage therapy to her therapeutic toolbox.

She has a listening approach and is very attentive to the body's potential for health. Her massage techniques include Swedish, Fascia Therapy, Deep Tissue, Prenatal after 12 weeks and Postnatal, Sacro-Cranial, Lymphatic Drainage and Temporo-Mandibular Joint Massage. She also practices therapeutic and relaxation massage.

Kim Élaine is a fast walker, long-distance runner and ultra-distance athlete.

Lara is a member of the Association des massothérapeutes du Québec (AMQ )

Lara completed her training in Shiatsu massage at the Setsuko School in Montreal in 2023. She also completed training in structural myofascial therapy - foundations Level 1 at IKRA Académie de Massothérapie in March 2024.

Lara practices Shiatsu massage on floor on a futon (where client keep on clothes) or on a massage table, like other massages. Shiatsu massage is used for therapeutic and preventive care, as well as for relaxation and well-being. Shiatsu aims to exert soft and strong pressure on the meridians. Shiatsu also focuses on stretching muscles to relieve tension in specific areas of the body.

In addition to shiatsu, Lara practices Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage and myosfascial release.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, Montreal in 2014, Lara trained in contemporary dance, somatic practices, anatomy and choreography in Berlin, Stockholm and Montreal, from 2014 to 2018.

Lara is therefore very familiar with the human body. She has been working in the dance field since 2017. She is very conscientious in her work. You'll be welcomed with warmth and enthusiasm with Lara!

Mahi (Mahboobeh) is a member of the Regroupement des Massothérapeutes du Québec (RMQ). She has been practicing massage therapy since 2014.
She obtained a certificate in massage therapy, with Excellence, from the "Technical and Vocational Training Organization" school in the Islamic Republic of Iran in 2014.
Mahi has mastered multiple techniques, including: therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, prenatal and postnatal massage and Swedish massage.

Nataliia is a member of the Regroupement des Intervenants et Thérapeutes en Médecine Alternative et Complementaire (RITMA).

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Christian Humanitarian and Economic Open University in Odessa, Ukraine, in July 2020, Nataliia practiced as a psychologist with a specialization in body and interpersonal therapy, including massage and relaxation techniques.

Nataliia moved to Quebec in 2022 and completed training in Ayurvedic Massage and Visceral Massage, in 2023, and Classical Therapeutic Massage, in 2024, at the College of Shanti Holistic Clinic in Laval, Quebec. She has also trained in Swedish massage at the IKRA School of Massage Therapy. She has 1029 hours of training.

Her massage techniques include: Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage, therapeutic classical massage, Kerala ayurvedic massage, visceral massage (abdomen), lymphatic drainage (using the ayurvedic method).Having played the violin for 20 years, Nataliia has very muscular hands!

Before devoting herself to massage therapy, Nataliia worked as a tourist agent for a decade.

Natalya completed her first massage therapy training in 1996 at the College of Physicians and the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences in Russia, where she obtained a diploma in massage therapy. She then worked for five years as a massage therapist in Russia.

Natalya moved to Quebec in 2008. She returned to massage therapy and obtained her Diploma in Massage Therapy from the Shanti Holistic Clinic College in Laval in 2024.

Her massage techniques include therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, cupping therapy, hot stone massage, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology.

Natalya also completed a Diploma in Nursing at the College of Physicians and the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences in Russia in 1995. She is very interested in holistic health. She completed training in nutrition and obtained a Certificate in Nutrition from the National Academy of Nutritionology in Prague in 2024.

Natalya speaks French, Russian, and basic English.

Nina is a member of the Association des Massothérapeutes du Quebec (AMQ).

Nina received her first massage therapy training in 2006 from the Seventh-day Adventist Christian Church's mission health service in Kiev, Ukraine. In 2007, she graduated from an intensive course at the Missionary Medical School in Kiev, Ukraine, as a " Healthy Living Instructor ". Nina worked as a massage therapist for 13 years at the Shupyk National Healthcare University of Ukraine, providing massages to university employees.

She then completed a Bachelor's degree in the "Physical Culture and Sports" program in Rehabilitation and Massage, at the Ukrainien Institute of Arts and Sciences, in 2021.

Her massage techniques are numerous and include: Therapeutic massage, Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage, sports massage, fascia massage, bamboo massage, cupping therapy, prenatal massage, anti-stress massage, hot stone massage, lymphatic drainage (including post surgery), body sculpting massage, reflexology. Nina speaks Ukrainian and Russian. She is currently awaiting French language training.

You can communicate with Nina using a translation application on her phone. This application translates instantly from English or French, orally and in writing.

Oanh-Ana is a massage and massopuncture therapist. She is a member of Le Regroupement des Massothérapeutes du Québec. She trained at Ecole Professionelle en Massotherapie Europeenne Dr Lutfa in 2012.

Massopuncture is a massage therapy technique that derives from traditional Chinese medicine, consisting of stimulating acupuncture points by pressure from the fingers in order to help reduce stress and fatigue.

Generally, if you have muscle tension, Oanh-Anah will use the "dry" (oil-free) deep tissue massage technique to relieve that tension, after massaging with oil at first.

Oanh-Ana's massage techniques also include: therapy, hot stone massage and Reflexology.

Olha moved to Quebec from Ukraine in 2023. She worked as a family physician for over 20 years in Ukraine. She chose to stay in the health field and decided to train as a massage therapist.

He obtained a diploma in massage therapy from the Litsea Centro de Capacitacion institute in Playa Del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico, in June 2023. He also obtained a certificate in Fundamentals of Thai Massage from a certified trainer of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Body Work (NCBTMBW) in Illinois, USA, in April 2023. Victor is also certified in Hot Stone Massage by the Management of the National Education System's Work Training Center, in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico, in 2021, in Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico, in 2021.

Victor's massage techniques include: deep tissue massage, cupping massage, hot stone massage, Thai table massage, trigger point massage, therapeutic massage, head massage and Swedish massage. Victor holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University “del Valle” Torreon, Mexico, obtained in 2015.

Yann is a member of the Regroupement des Intervenants et Thérapeutes en Médecine Alternative (RITMA).

He graduated from the Kiné-Concept - Guijek massage therapy institute in Montreal in 2012. Yann also trained in Neuro Cutaneous Technique (NCT) at Kiné-Concept in 2013. This is a manual treatment method designed to restore the body's articular, muscular and circulatory balance. The technique is fast and effective, and ideal for acute or chronic pain and stiffness, injuries or stubborn tension.

With TNC, Yann has helped clients with a variety of pathologies to feel better by restoring balance to the body, including : sciatica, herniated discs, osteoarthritis, tendonitis, sprains, bursitis, low back pain, neck pain, digestive problems, scars, gum recession, hearing problems. It is recommended that you wear loose-fitting clothing for this treatment.
