Low back pain isn’t always caused by the lower back itself. Tight hips, reduced mobility, prolonged sitting, stress, or muscle fatigue can all change how the body moves and place added strain on the spine. At Massage Experts, our Registered Massage Therapists take a clinical, whole-body approach — assessing movement patterns, muscle tension, posture, and nervous system response, not just where it hurts. Early assessment and targeted care can help reduce discomfort, restore mobility, and prevent ongoing strain. If low back pain is affecting your daily life, ask the professional and take the next step toward recovery.
