Diana is a Registered Massage Therapist graduated from Medix College in 2014. Diana is a client-focused therapist, dedicated to providing quality therapeutic massage, delivering exceptional client care, and educating people on overall health and wellness. Each one of Diana’s treatments is customized to the individual client needs.

Diana treats acute and chronic conditions, offering different treatments and modalities such as:

Trigger Point and Muscle Spasm Release

Stress/Tension Release and Fascial Release

Diana enjoys treating stress, general injuries, postural conditions, and TMJ dysfunction.

Diana has specialized on a wide variety of therapeutic massage including: Cupping, Bamboo, and Hot stone treatments, that allows her to deliver a very warm, therapeutic, and relaxing massage experience.

James Joseph graduated from Medix College with a strong background of Anatomy, Physiology, different Massage Techniques , and Remedial Exercise etc. In his career he treated people with different conditions including Motor Vehicle Accidents.

James focuses on the treatments with General Swedish Massage,Deep Tissue Massage,Relaxation Massage, Myofascial Release, Hydro Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Head Massage, Foot Massage and Remedial Exercise.

James has completed another diploma program in Ayurvedic Massage, and has few years experience in that field as well.

James’ goal is to continue grabbing more knowledge in the Massage field and to treat his Clients as per their needs and conditions, and make them more comfortable for their day to day life.

Juliana graduated from Fanshawe College Massage Therapy Program and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario CMTO. Juliana has solid knowledge and training in the therapeutic treatment of musculoskeletal conditions, overuse injuries, postural dysfunction, joint dysfunction, torticollis, tension headaches, migraines, respiratory pathologies, and gastrointestinal concerns such as constipation.

During her treatments, Juliana uses a variety of Swedish as well as fascial, static pressure and joint mobilization techniques, Frictions, Hydrotherapy, and therapeutic Exercise.

Juliana offers Swedish massage, relaxation, prenatal, cupping therapy, lymphatic drainage, head and foot massages

Through her treatments, Juliana hopes to help her clients Feel better, more often.

Sarah graduated from Massage Therapy Advanced Diploma Program in Fanshawe College and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, CMTO. During her training She gained strong knowledge in anatomy, musculoskeletal conditions, and massage therapy treatments. Sarah is able to adapt the pressure from light to deep during the treatment to best fit her client’s needs. So, whether you are looking for relaxation or a deep tissue massage… Just let her know! She also uses a number of techniques appropriate for your condition. She offers Swedish massage, relaxation, prenatal, lymphatic drainage, hydrotherapy, therapeutic exercise, cupping therapy, and soon hot stone therapy! Sarah speaks Korean and English.
