Our Massage Therapists (MT) and administration team are carefully chosen for their expert skills and friendly personality. Each MT is part of their locally recognized massage college and regulating provincial association. We add to their experts status by investing in continuing education, which enhances their capabilities even further. We believe in our team, and it shows. Our goal is to provide you with an expert massage therapy experience, within a welcoming atmosphere, at a peace-of-mind price. We want to give you the best possible massage experience. Francis

Registered Massage Therapist | Reseau de Masso Professionelles du Qc (RMPQ)

  • Francis received his training at the Académie de Massage Scientifique specializing in kinesitherapy. His techniques include:

    • Deep tissue
    • Therapeutic
    • Sports massage
    • Trigger point therapy
    • Kinesitherapy (general and sports-focused)

    Francis has gained a lot of experience as a massage therapist having worked in a kinesitherapy clinic for several years as well as in a world-renowned spa.

    Francis speaks fluent French with a good working knowledge of English.

Nancy

Registered Massage Therapist | Reseau de Masso Professionelles du Qc (RMPQ)

  • Nancy is a highly qualified professional massage therapist. She is passionate about the therapeutic benefits of massage and practices several modalities to better treat clients under her care.

    She obtained her diploma in massage therapy at the Academy of Scientific Massage in Laval. She has over 1000 hours of training.

Garreth

Registered Massage Therapist Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes (FQM)

  • Originally from the beautiful island of St. Vincent & The Grenadines, Garreth moved to Montreal as the age of 9 years old. He started studying Kung Fu in Montreal’s Chinatown and became a black belt.  Living outside of Quebec for a number of years, he owned and operated a Kung Fu & fitness school that trained thousands of people physically, mentally and emotionally.

    Moving back to Montreal for family reasons, Garreth decided to switch careers. He graduated as a registered Massage Therapist (with a specialization in kinesiatherapy) from IKRA School of Massage Therapy. Following his training, he has worked for a number of years as a massage therapist at a reputable spa.

Karina

  • With over 13 years’ experience, Karina is specialized in several massage techniques including kinetic Swedish, therapeutic and deep tissue

    Karina completed her first level training at Kiné-Concept and is continuously learning to expand her knowledge base and technical skills.

    Massage therapy is her passion. As a child, she would massage her grandmother’s feet. Her practice comes from a fundamental desire to provide pain relief and well-being to her clients. Karina offers a personalized therapy treatment designed to meet your immediate needs.

    She is perfectly bilingual.

Mahmuda

Registered Massage Therapist Fédération Québecois des Massothérapeutes (FQM)

  • Mahmuda received her training at Ikra School of Massage therapy, Ecole Setsuko and Lotus Palm in Montreal.

    She is very passionate to work with people and helping them through different types of therapeutic massages,

Cathia

Registered Massage Therapist Regroupement des Massotherapeutes du Quebec (RMQ)

  • Cathia is a certified massage therapist with over 20 years of experience.

    Originally from Lebanon, she studied therapeutic massage at the renowned Sothys Academy in Paris. She furthered her massage therapy studies in Quebec at Energisens school of massage therapy as well as expanded her formal education by studying kinesitherapy (rehabilitation) at Corps et Âme.

    Extremely passionate about her work and the wellness of clients, Cathia’s positivity transcends into everything she practices. She will, on occasion, suggest mobilization exercises to be practiced at home, time permitting.

    The techniques and modalities which she is proficient in include:

    • general therapeutic massage,
    • strong pressure massage,
    • prenatal massage,
    • kinesitherapeutic massage,
    • Swedish massage,
    • cellulite (lymphatic) drainage and
    • Mediterranean massage which is a unique style of massage inspired by Turkish tradition, and is very similar to a Thai massage.

Jacques

Registered Massage Therapist | Fédération des Massotherapeutes du Quebec (FMQ)

  • A massage therapist for over 20 years experience and training in various techniques. Jacques focuses to improve the mental and physical state of the person by reducing anxiety, stress and muscle tension.

    In addition to being a member of the Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes, Jacques is also a member of the Association québécoise du lymphœdème.

    He specializes in Swedish massage, shiatsu, sports massage with stretching, therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage for surgery follow-ups and for lymphedema (decongestion and bandaging), reflexology, cranio-sacral massage, therapeutic cupping and passive mobilizations.

    Encompassing his various techniques, he is skilled at providing you with a personalized massage treatment session as well as a treatment plan for future sessions.

Zeina

Registered Massage Therapist | Fédération des Massotherapeutes du Quebec (FMQ)

  • Zeina is a massage therapist and reflexologist. She is originally from Damascus, Syria.

    She and her husband moved their family to Bangkok, Thailand to further their studies in a traditional Thai reflexology and Thai massage therapy school.

    After living a number of years in Thailand, Zeina with her family moved to Canada. She studied massage therapy and reflexology at IKRA academy of massage therapy based in Montreal.

    In addition to reflexology, Zeina is trained in Swedish Thai massage, therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage and cupping.

Dorrell

Registered Massage Therapist | Association de Massotherapeutes du Qc (AMQ)

  • Originally from Guyana (in South America), Dorrell arrived to Quebec determined to follow a life long passion: to become a certified massage therapist.

    His perseverance and determination paid off as he is a fully trained and certified massage therapist from A Plus Performance school of Massotherapy (Pointe-Claire, Quebec).

    Dorrell is trained in therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage , Swedish massage and Thai head massage.  Dorrell enjoys incorporating aromatherapy to his treatment (feel free to ask him about it before your treatment)!

    He speaks English, French as well as Guyanese Creole.

Anna

Registered Massage Therapist/ Registered Naturopath | Société Nouvelle des Massothérapeutes au Québec (SNMQ) / Société Nouvelle des Naturopathes du Québec (SNNQ)

  • Anna has over 10 years’ experience as a registered massage therapist as well as is a registered naturopath.

    She started her studies in Alberta at the College of Physical therapy of Alberta, obtaining a physical therapist aide degree. Thereafter, she continued her studies and training in Quebec to add therapeutic massage modalities to her formal training.
