Each MT is part of their locally recognized massage college and regulating provincial association. We add to their experts status by investing in continuing education, which enhances their capabilities even further. We believe in our team, and it shows.   • Francis received his training at the Académie de Massage Scientifique specializing in kinesitherapy. His techniques include:

    Deep tissue
    Sports massage
    Trigger points
    Kinesitherapy (general and sports focused)

    Francis has gained a lot of experience as a massage therapist having worked in a kinesitherapy clinic for several years as well as in a recognized spa. Francis speaks fluent French with a good working knowledge of English.


Registered Massage Therapist | Association de Massothérapeutes et Naturopathes au Québec (AQTN)

  • Julia received her training at École Setsuko for massage therapy.

    Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Julia studied and graduated with a Languages and Cultures degree from Vanier College. She is currently attending Concordia University, obtaining her bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Education.

    She uses a variety of technics during a treatment session depending on the clients’ needs including advanced Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, pressure points therapy and prenatal massage. Currently, Julia is completing her cupping therapy training.

    Julia speaks French, English, Spanish and Italian.

  • Linette is originally from Calgary, Alberta. She is a certified massage therapist with over 2,200 hours of massage training.

    She is specialized in Deep tissue, Swedish, sports massage, trigger point massage therapy, myofascial massage therapy and prenatal massage.

    Linette speaks English and is learning French since she arrived in Quebec in early November 2021.

  • With over 13 years’ experience, Karina is specialized in several massage techniques including kinetic Swedish, therapeutic and deep tissue

    Karina completed her first level training at Kiné-Concept and is continuously learning to expand her knowledge base and technical skills.

    Massage therapy is her passion. As a child, she would massage her grandmother’s feet. Her practice comes from a fundamental desire to provide pain relief and well-being to her clients. Karina offers a personalized therapy treatment designed to meet your immediate needs.

    She is perfectly bilingual.

  • Originally from Guyana (in South America), Dorrell arrived to Quebec determined to follow a life long passion: to become a certified massage therapist.

    His perseverance and determination paid off as he is a fully trained and certified massage therapist from A Plus Performance school of Massotherapy (Pointe-Claire, Quebec).

    Dorrell is trained in therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage , Swedish massage and Thai head massage.  Dorrell enjoys incorporating aromatherapy to his treatment (feel free to ask him about it before your treatment)!

    He speaks English, French as well as Guyanese Creole.

  • Zeina is a massage therapist and reflexologist. She is originally from Damascus, Syria.

    She and her husband, Samer moved their family to Bangkok, Thailand to further their studies in a traditional Thai reflexology and Thai massage therapy school.

    After living a number of years in Thailand, Zeina with her family moved to Canada. She studied massage therapy and reflexology at IKRA academy of massage therapy based in Montreal.

    In addition to reflexology, Zeina is trained in Swedish Thai massage, therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage and cupping.

  • Linda received her training at the Ecole de Massotherapie Adam as well as Ecole de massotherapie avancee. Her techniques include:

    Deep tissue
    Sports massage
    Trigger points
    Prenatal (including seniors and children)
    Advanced Swedish
    Hot stone
    Lympathatic drainage

    She specializes in targeting areas in need of relief caused by stress and/or working at a desk all day. Communication between the therapist and client is key to an optimal treatment session. With her accumulated experience over the years, she will use a variety of techniques, so that her client gets the most out of the treatment session. Linda is fully fluent in both English and French.

  • A massage therapist for over 20 years experience and training in various techniques. Jacques focuses to improve the mental and physical state of the person by reducing anxiety, stress and muscle tension.

    In addition to being a member of the Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes, Jacques is also a member of the Association québécoise du lymphœdème.

    He specializes in Swedish massage, shiatsu, sports massage with stretching, therapeutic massage, lymphatic drainage for surgery follow-ups and for lymphedema (decongestion and bandaging), reflexology, cranio-sacral massage, therapeutic cupping and passive mobilizations.

    Encompassing his various techniques, he is skilled at providing you with a personalized massage treatment session as well as a treatment plan for future sessions.

  • Having received his training in therapeutic massage at l’Académie de massage scientifique, Hayden knows how to perform an excellent muscular tensions and therapeutic Swedish massage.

    He is currently studying kinesitherapy. Following that he will specialize in sports massage and learn about orthotherapy.

    From a young age Hayden has played sports and he understands first-hand how frustrating it is to be unable to play without pain.

    In fact, it was his knee injuries (from playing sports) that allowed him to discover the benefits of manual therapies such as physiotherapy, chiropractic care, Rolfing and massage therapy. That’s why he takes every massage he performs seriously. His goal is to relieve someone of their pain or eliminate -- it is what gives him the most satisfaction.

    Hayden is fluent in French and speaks English.


Registered Massage Therapist/ Registered Naturopath | Société Nouvelle des Massothérapeutes au Québec (SNMQ) / Société Nouvelle des Naturopathes du Québec (SNNQ)

  • Anna has over 10 years’ experience as a registered massage therapist as well as is a registered naturopath.

    She started her studies in Alberta at the College of Physical therapy of Alberta, obtaining a physical therapist aide degree. Thereafter, she continued her studies and training in Quebec to add therapeutic massage modalities to her formal training.
