Many years of training in nursing has laid a great foundation for caring touch and critical thinking. After finding that nursing wasn't quite the right fit, Christine studied to become an RMT through Eastern College Moncton. If you are looking for relief with a tailored approach, you have found your person. Christine is very flexible and aims for utmost comfort during and after treatment. She has learned all about General Swedish Massage, and has also trained in the highly sought after Bowen technique. Plans to continue training in cupping, hot stones, and advanced fascial treatments are in the works. Outside of work, Christine loves to spend time with her two children and partner, living life to the fullest. This gives Christine firsthand experience of how hectic life can get, and how important it is to focus on self-care.

Deborah graduated from ICT Northumberland College in 2003. With 20+ years in the industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the clinic. Deborah is dedicated to facilitating clients on their journey to regain and maintain function and mobility. She is committed to continuous learning and self-improvement within the field.

Deborah employs techniques such as, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, neuromuscular integration, muscle energy, peripheral joint mobilizations, and several instrument-assisted tissue mobilizations.

She has experience working with the neurodiverse population and uses trauma informed care. She is thorough in her communication in regards to the process, and ensures you’re comfortable and informed throughout your treatment.
