Our Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) and administration team are carefully chosen for their expert skills and friendly personality. Each RMT is part of their locally recognized massage college and regulating provincial association. We add to their experts status by investing in continuing education, which enhances their capabilities even further. We believe in our team, and it shows. Our goal is to provide you with an expert massage therapy experience, within a welcoming atmosphere, at a peace-of-mind price. We want to give you the best possible massage experience. Clare (Qing) Cao

| Registered Massage Therapist | NIWE Academy | Natural Health Practitioners of Canada

    • Clare (Qing) Cao is a Registered Massage Therapist and has been living in Calgary since 2014. She graduated from NIWE Academy and has been in good standing with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) association.She has over 2200 hours of massage training experience and four years of professional experience specializing in injury treatment and maintenance, deep Tissue and swedish massage.
    • She takes great pride in helping people overcome injuries and improving their quality of life through therapeutic and relaxation massage, and providing guidance on how to care for themselves at home to maintain their health, strength, and wellness.
    • She specializes in modalities like cupping, hot stone, GuaSha, Facial massage and treatment for TMJ disorders. She appreciates an the opportunity to help clients with their health and wellness needs through massage, and looks forward to setting up treatment plans as per their needs.
    • In her leisure time, she likes to spend quality time with her family, hiking, book reading and cooking.

Claire Domeyeg

  • Claire graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in January 2022 with her 2200 hours of training. She decided to get into massage therapy as she felt the benefits first hand and likes to help people.

    Claire is proficient in a variety of techniques including deep tissue, trigger point release, Swedish, and myofascial release.

    In her spare time, Claire likes to enjoy time in the mountains and spend time with her husband and kids. Claire is fluent in Tagalog.

Dallas Nizalik

  • Dallas graduated from Alberta College of Massage Therapy in January 2022. She has lived with chronic pain most of her life which led her to a career as a RMT because she wanted to learn more about where her own pain comes from and how to treat it. Her treatment goal is to help each and every one of her clients to not only reduce stress and relax but to also reduce chronic pain.

    Dallas believes in the power of touch to rejuvenate both body and mind. Trained in a range of techniques, she tailors each session to address your specific needs. Whether you seek relief from tension, stress or simply want to enhance your overall wellness, she is committed to providing a personalized and relaxing experience.

    Dallas is certified in cupping, which she integrates this modality into her sessions, to help promote improved circulation and profound relaxation.  She plans on taking hot stone, advanced fascia work, and advanced manual lympathic drainage courses, to incorporate those modalities into her practice.

James Stainton & Molly (guide dog)

  • James completed the massage therapy program at CDI College in 2019. He is very skilled in many areas of massage therapy, including deep tissue, active pressure release, trigger point release, orthopedic and kinetic massage, and specializes in treating fibromyalgia and whiplash. James is passionate about making people feel better and can customize the perfect treatment for anyone’s needs, including the full age range from young children to the elderly.

    James is a blind RMT and has his guide dog Molley in the treatment room. Molley is clean, very well trained, and possibly the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet.

    When James is not saving the world one muscle at a time, he likes to power lift, cook, follow sports, listen to audiobooks, and spend time with his family and friends.

Jesse Epps

  • Jesse is a recent graduate from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy in Calgary. She has always loved working with her hands. Her caring nature, and inquisitive mind led her to the industry.

    Jesse believes pain and stress are complex issues, caused by multiple factors. To create a tailored treatment plan, she will work collaboratively with you by performing quick assessments before and after the massage to track progress and determine future treatment areas. She will address areas of concern, reduce your stress, and give targeted home care to build strength and flexibility to manage pain.

    Jesse is trained in relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, cupping and TMJ massage. She is interested in pursuing additional training for hot stones and treating seniors.

    In her spare time Jesse enjoys playing soccer, hiking, swimming, gardening, yoga, and spending time with her friends and family.

Kiersten Komada

  • Kiersten graduated in April 2022, prior to that obtaining her certified personal training certificate and working as a trainer. A passion for health and wellness led her into massage therapy. 

    Kiersten’s focus is on therapeutic massage. Interspersing techniques to create a relaxing treatment to decrease stress, while still working through troubled areas, injuries, and tension.  Also certified in Hot Rattan Bamboo, Myofascial Release, Pre/Post Natal, Deep Tissue, and excited to add Myofascial Cupping Therapy to her treatments in the near future. 

    In her spare time you can find her at the gym or in workout class, walks in nature, baking, traveling, trying out new restaurants & cafes. 

Lesley Harron

  • Lesley graduated from Mount Royal University in August 2023, completing the 2 year, 2200 hour Massage Therapy Program. Born & raised in London, England Lesley took the opportunity for a change in career as she has long held an interest to become a Registered Massage Therapist.

    Lesley focuses on her client's goals through therapeutic massage & is looking to add cupping to her treatments, once she has completed additional training.

    When she's not working, Lesley enjoys travelling with her family, walking her Boxer dog, baking (& eating!) & practicing yoga for her mental & physical wellbeing.

Michael Getty

  • Michael recently graduated from the massage therapy program at Mount Royal University.

    Michael is a skilled massage therapist who is very passionate about both mental and physical health and wellness. He believes health and mobility are key to living your best life and focuses on providing a treatment that is tailored to your needs, whether it's pain, stress, or relaxation.

    In his spare time, he loves throwing on a vinyl record, hanging out with his friends, family & two kids, going to the gym, watching movies, and drinking bubble tea.

Paul Archibald

| Registered Massage Therapist | CCMH | Natural Health Practitioners of Canada

  • Paul graduated in 2006 from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (2280 hours) in Halifax  with certification in a comprehensive sports outreach program, and has been practicing as a registered massage therapist ever since. Prior to becoming an RMT, he obtained a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of Saskatchewan and certification as a personal fitness trainer.

    Since 2006, Paul has worked at ski resorts, golf resorts, spas, clinics, and on the sports playing field treating various types of conditions including sports related injuries, overuse and chronic injuries, and postural and joint dysfunctions, just to name a few.

    While enrolled at the University of Saskatchewan, he was a member of the varsity cross country and track and field teams, competing at the CIS National championships three times. Presently, he trains for triathlons/Ironman and has competed in multiple competitions.

    Paul’s knowledge as a massage therapist, stems not only from his education and work experience but also from his own athletic experience. Paul is very passionate about helping people in their rehabilitation from injury and everyday aches and pains. He is also very dedicated to meeting the treatment goals of his patients through very specific and thorough treatment plans.

    Paul is a member in good standing registered with the National Health Practitioners of Canada Association (NHPCA).

Rachelle Anderson

  • Rachelle graduated from a 3000-hr Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy program in Calgary in 2017 and is a member in good standing with the CRMTA . Rachelle believes we have the innate ability to heal and massage therapy can be an important tool in this process . She has an effective , intuitive approach  and each massage session is tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual client .

    Rachelle offers a number of different modalities , including deep tissue , relaxation . therapeutic , trigger point therapy , hot stones and cupping . She also offers pre and post natal massage . She is certified in Kinetic Therapy , Orthopedic Massage for both upper and lower body  , and Dynamic Cupping .

    When not working Rachelle spends her time with horses and training in equestrian sports , learning about animal care ,  practicing yoga , and hiking with her dog

Yvonne Harris

  • Yvonne is a skilled Massage therapy student, due to graduate the 2400 hour diploma program from CDI College  in June of 2024.

    Yvonne was born and raised in the Alberta Rockies. Her passion for extreme sports and athletics led her to a field with assessment and rehabilitation. She uses deep tissue, trigger point release and sedative effleurage techniques to reduce inflammation, pain and increase your overall range of motion. She is motivated to provide the best possible treatment, tailored to you and your physical goals.
    Yvonne is enthusiastic and positive, she brings a light and bright energy to every room. Yvonne skis, hikes and trail runs in her spare time with her husky Blue and loves any level of competition.

Denise Cameron (On Sabbatical)

  • DENISE IS CURRENTLY ON A SABBATICAL.  HER RETURN DATE IS YET TO BE DETERMINED.

    Denise is a graduate of Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic as a Registered Massage Therapist of Ontario, and the National Academy of Osteopathy, as a DOMP. Her career began over 25 years ago as an RMT, with experience at Lyndhurst Hospital for spinal cord injuries, and the University of Toronto Sport Medicine Clinic.

    Her passion for advanced learning has led her to specialize in pre surgery therapy, scar tissue removal, and advanced healing and recovery for chronic pain conditions.

    Her personal philosophy of care is enclosed with the concept of how to get to the root cause of the problem, with the most efficient cost-effective and compassionate method possible. Her desire to find the blockages holding you back from healing and her inquisitive nature give us a chance to encourage growth and purpose in your therapy. We will combine your symptoms, struggles, and goals with her 25 years of experience and open-minded intuition to achieve your best results.
