Joanna Hodges, RCRT
Certified Reflexologist Practitioner
I’m Joanna RCRT (Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist) and Reiki practitioner since 2016.
Reflexology is one of the oldest healing practices with a wide range of benefits including stress relief, reduced anxiety, pain reduction, improved energy, increased immunity and stimulation of internal organ function.
During treatment, I apply pressure to reflexes in the feet relating to each cell, organ, system and part of the body. This helps activate the natural healing processes, bringing balance to the bodily systems, inducing a state of deep relaxation, and restoring both physical and emotional well-being.
After our session you'll be walking on air!

Jennilee Reber, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
NOTE: Jennilee offers treatments to clients aged 8 years old and higher.
I graduated in 2014 from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy, now known as Vicars School of Massage Therapy. I am registered with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada.
I wanted to become a massage therapist to be able to work around my family's busy schedule. I love helping people get back to feeling good, that could be in less pain or just feeling more relaxed from the stresses of life. I tailor each treatment to what the clients needs are at the time of each appointment.
I have three kids who are active so I workout daily to keep fit to keep up with my children and my busy home life. I love dirt biking with my family on weekends, and spending time outdoors with nature. As a child I was always going to my grandparents farm, so no wonder I now have a little hobby farm of my own with cats, dogs, pigs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and a tortoise.
Through my own, and my childrens pains and stresses I have learned to better help my clients in the treatment room. My kids have hurt themselves through doing sports; from knee, ankle, wrist, and head injuries. I have learned different things from other practitioners like physiotherapists, and chiropractic.
I have experience with doing deep tissue, therapeutic, relaxation, and cupping massage. I have massaged the elderly, pregnant women, and children.
I offer treatments up to 2 hours in length. If you're interested in booking a 90 minute or 2 hour massage, please contact the clinic directly at:
- Phone: 825-220-9422
- Email: sprucegrove@massageexperts.ca

Kayley Forbes, SMT

Hi, my name is Kayley Forbes and I am a student currently completing her second year at the Alberta College of Massage Therapy (ACMT).
I am an individual who takes great pride in ensuring those around me feel comfortable and safe when in my presence. I feel it is a honour and privilege to be trusted enough to help people when they are vulnerable or in pain.
To ensure my clients feel like they are in good hands, I take my education very seriously. I want to be prepared for any and all conditions or issues I would see and have my clients feel confident they were getting the best possible treatment for the ailments they had. Because of this, I graduated at the top of my class for my first year and continued to practice on family and friends regularly.

• Deep Tissue Massage
• Therapeutic Massage
• Swedish Massage
• Relaxation Massage
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage
• Myofascial ReleaseWhat I can offer to you is an authentic connection, mutual trust that is built upon in each session, and respect in a judgement free treatment room. I can also ensure you will receive quality treatment from an educated individual who genuinely wants to see your quality of life improve as your body heals. I look forward to working with you!
PLEASE NOTE: Services with Kayley as a Student Massage Therapist are not billable to your extended health care plan. As such, 60min massage treatments with Kayley are offered at our heavily discounted student rate of $59.99 plus tax.
