Jason Yang
Manual Osteopath | National Academy of Osteopathy
Jason is a Manual Osteopath who graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy in 2023. His passion for the way the body works led him to continue onto this field and help others in need. He believes in the techniques of Manual Osteopathy which has helped him heal from his own injuries as an athlete growing up. Jason studied at Algonquin College as a PTA/OTA student and soon after graduating went to pursue his career as a Manual Osteopath. Jason has a passion for volleyball, whether it's participating in games/tournaments, coaching, or even treating volleyball players. Jason coaches for both the Ottawa Mavericks Volleyball Club and the St Laurent Academy Jr/Sr Boys Volleyball team. In addition to that, Jason is also a part of the Carleton University Men’s Volleyball treatment team where he treats the players to get them game and tournament ready.

Oleg started his Massage Therapy career in 2002, he graduated from ICT Kikkawa College in Toronto and moved to Ottawa 11 years ago. Throughout his 20+ year career, he has been working in a variety of settings including spas and multidisciplinary clinics with a variety of providers. He provides Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and uses a variety of different relaxation techniques including myofascial and trigger point release. Oleg treats a range of patients including healthcare workers and athletes, providing him valuable experience in dealing with a diverse range of conditions such as headaches, chronic hip and back pain and frozen shoulders. Oleg speaks English & Russian, and outside of work enjoys going for hikes and travelling. *** PLEASE NOTE: Oleg is happy to offer direct billing and/ or insurance receipts for most major insurance companies however; he is not able to provide receipts for reimbursement through Canada Life at this time.***
