Dr. Jason Singh, BSc., DC

Chiropractor | D’Youville University

  • Dr. Singh is a compassionate chiropractic professional with a strong background in a holistic approach to diagnose, treat, and prevent musculoskeletal conditions. He graduated from D’Youville University as a Doctor of Chiropractics, after completing his Honours Bachelor of Science from University of Ottawa. Jason has a passion for empowering patients in their healing journey, with a dedication to continuous professional development. Jason is devoted to create a positive, supportive environment and building strong relationships with patients and colleagues within a multidisciplinary setting. He is eager to to make a positive impact in the lives of those seeking natural and non-invasive solutions for their health and well-being.

Marwa Khalifeh

Manual Osteopath | ACMA

  • Marwa is a passionate manual osteopath who wholeheartedly believes in the transformative power of osteopathy. This holistic approach to healthcare resonates deeply, as it acknowledges the body's incredible capacity to heal itself when properly aligned and balanced. Osteopathy is not merely a profession; it's a philosophy that emphasizes the interconnectedness of all body systems and the importance of treating the root causes of physical imbalance rather than just the symptoms. Her journey as a manual osteopath has reinforced her faith in the body's wisdom and its ability to find harmony when provided with the right guidance. It's a belief that fuels her dedication to helping others unlock their full potential for health and well-being.

Chiu Mien (Mina) Chiang

Licenced Acupuncturist

  • Chiu Mien Chiang, known as Mina, is a licensed acupuncturist. She graduated from the International Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Previously, she was a hospital nurse and a CPR instructor at The Red Cross in Taiwan. Mina provides an acupuncture treatment that is holistic and patient-centered and helps the body to heal naturally, with additional modalities such as cupping, and Gua sha. She treats various conditions including musculoskeletal disorders: pain of the whole body, head, neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist, back, lumbar, knee, ankle, and feet. Mental health: reducing stress, insomnia, anxiety. Gastrointestinal issues: constipation, diarrhea, bloating, abdominal pain. reproductive system: dysmenorrhea, menopause syndrome, morning sickness and infertility, tiredness, and low immunity. In her spare time, she likes reading, watching movies and exercising.

Jason Yang

Manual Osteopath | National Academy of Osteopathy

  • Jason is a Manual Osteopath who graduated from the National Academy of Osteopathy in 2023. His passion for the way the body works led him to continue onto this field and help others in need. He believes in the techniques of Manual Osteopathy which has helped him heal from his own injuries as an athlete growing up. Jason studied at Algonquin College as a PTA/OTA student and soon after graduating went to pursue his career as a Manual Osteopath. Jason has a passion for volleyball, whether it's participating in games/tournaments, coaching, or even treating volleyball players. Jason coaches for both the Ottawa Mavericks Volleyball Club and the St Laurent Academy Jr/Sr Boys Volleyball team. In addition to that, Jason is also a part of the Carleton University Men’s Volleyball treatment team where he treats the players to get them game and tournament ready.

    Jason’s treatment consists of Muscle Energy Techniques, cupping, blading, fascial stretch therapy, percussion therapy, myofascial release, cranial work, exercises, and treatment plans for home. Other activities that Jason loves doing during his free time include playing basketball, tennis, ultimate frisbee, golfing, badminton, bodybuilding and just started playing pickleball! Jason is always trying to learn more by taking different courses and learning new techniques and increasing his arsenal to help a broad range of clientele. Jason specializes in treating athletes and musculoskeletal conditions from sport injuries but has also worked with a wide range of cases in the past.

Registered Massage Therapist | ICT Kikkawa College | CMTO

  • Oleg started his Massage Therapy career in 2002, he graduated from ICT Kikkawa College in Toronto and moved to Ottawa 11 years ago. Throughout his 20+ year career, he has been working in a variety of settings including spas and multidisciplinary clinics with a variety of providers. He provides Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, and uses a variety of different relaxation techniques including myofascial and trigger point release. Oleg treats a range of patients including healthcare workers and athletes, providing him valuable experience in dealing with a diverse range of conditions such as headaches, chronic hip and back pain and frozen shoulders. Oleg speaks English & Russian, and outside of work enjoys going for hikes and travelling. *** PLEASE NOTE: Oleg is happy to offer direct billing and/ or insurance receipts for most major insurance companies however; he is not able to provide receipts for reimbursement through Canada Life at this time.***

Zannatun Nahar

Registered Massage Therapist | International Academy of Massage | CMTO

  • Zannatun obtained a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from Osmani Medical College, in Bangladesh which is regulated by the Royal College of Physicians (RCP) a British Professional membership body. After coming to Canada, Zannat chose to focus her work on chronic pain. She worked as an Intravenous Therapist and Physician Assistant at an integrative pain clinic where she was treating patients with chronic pain using IV medications and manual muscle release for 7 years. She has had training on chronic pain rehabilitation using manual muscle release, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and light laser therapy. She then graduated with Honors from the International Academy of Massage.

    A combination of her medical knowledge and skills allows her to understand that there is a need to treat her clients underlying problems not only their obvious symptoms. She is skilled and knowledgeable in Myofascial Release, cupping, trigger points, posture improvements, stretch & strengthening of muscles, somatic techniques, osteopathic joint manipulation and relaxation techniques that allow for pain free movements that are sustained long after therapy. She has treated posture related conditions, hyper and hypo kyphosis, scoliosis, injury related conditions such as tendonitis, whiplash and traumatic TMJ and many other injuries cause by motor vehicle accidents. She is very comfortable with pre & post natal patients and has Level II training in prenatal massage. She strongly believes that positive energy and sincere care for her clients can help cure many problems. She is currently pursuing her Diploma in Manual Osteopathy. In her spare time, Zannat loves spending time with her husband and kids. Her hobbies include gardening, cooking, and entertaining friends. Her life moto is “Laughter is Medicine”!
