Jaspreet Kaur

Jaspreet Kaur is a registered massage therapist who has completed her massage therapy diploma from Makami college. In Calgary. She is currently registered with Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association (CRMTA) in a good standing ever since.
She strongly feels that in today's age everyone works so hard and needs to release muscle pain and tension. To achieve this she incorporates the Swedish techniques with deep tissue for fast pain relief, relaxation and stimulation. With her sports massage skills, she helps with pre and post event recovery, for improved muscle range of motion. A mix of therapeutic techniques, deep tissue, Swedish and a few other techniques incorporated in her massage achieves superior body comfort. She incorporates hot stone and cupping where required.
She strongly believes that every moving body needs rest, relaxation and massage therapy. She is always eager and ready to be a part of health and wellness journey to find the best techniques mixed with stretching to give her evey client the best experience.
Navdeep (Nav) Singh

Navdeep Singh (Nav) is a registered massage therapist who gained his diploma from Makami college in Calgary and is currently registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA) with good standing ever since.
He has an ability to give a very intense Deep tissue for locating pressure points, adhesions and fatigue. His Swedish technique is very refreshing and relaxing. He uses therapeutic techniques in combination with deep tissue and Swedish to provide the utmost comfort by the end of his treatment session. He also specializes in myofascial release to get the skin to separate from the muscles before deep tissue work. His cupping and hot stone techniques are a part of his massage treatment wherever felt necessary. He can also assist with lymphatic drainage and pre and post-event sports massage needs.
He is very eager and ready to be a part of his clients' holistic journey of healing and feeling well. To spread calm, relaxation and comfort is his mission by providing successful massage therapy sessions.

Jimmy is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from ERP College of Massage therapist and associated with The Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA) with good standing. He exceeded the practical experience requirements and stood out first in all students in his class. Massage therapy is his passion.
He is always passionate about helping others with their massage needs. He is well trained in assisted stretching, cross-fiber, Friction, Deep tissue, Lymphatic drainage, medium therapeutic, Prenatal and postnatal, soft tissue release, Swedish massage, trigger point therapy to mention a few.
Aaron Campbell

Aaron is a graduate of the Anderson College Massage Program in London, Ontario. His is associated with Massage Therapist Association of Alberta (MTAA) in good standing. His favorite thing about being a therapist so far is how much he has learned.
The opportunity to develop knowledge of 'how the body works' is something that was unimaginable to him at one time. Aaron focuses on his palpation skills with each client and is always striving to continuously improve as a therapist. He varies his pressure accurately to suit the needs of the individual client.
Clare (Qing) Cao

Clare (Qing) Cao is a Registered Massage Therapist and has been living in Calgary since 2014. She graduated from NIWE Academy and has been in good standing with Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) association.
She has over 2200 hours of massage training experience and four years of professional experience specializing in injury treatment and maintenance, deep Tissue and swedish massage. She takes great pride in helping people overcome injuries and improving their quality of life through therapeutic and relaxation massage, and providing guidance on how to care for themselves at home to maintain their health, strength, and wellness.
She specializes in modalities like cupping, hot stone, GuaSha, Facial massage and treatment for TMJ disorders. She appreciates an the opportunity to help clients with their health and wellness needs through massage, and looks forward to setting up treatment plans as per their needs.

Min Cai

Min completed his Massage Therapy Diploma from East West College of Business and Technology with 2200 hours of training in Calgary and 3-year clinical experience in China. He is a member of Natural Health Practitioners of Canada in good standing. Min is an expert in Swedish and therapeutic modalities. He is capable of integrating techniques of relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point, hot stone, myofascial cupping, reflexology, acupressure and meridian into specific treatments.
Conditions he can treat include acute and chronic neck and back pain, frozen shoulder, sore muscle relief, tinnitus (ringing ear), migraine and other headaches, sport injuries and rehabilitation, post-surgery treatment and more.
Min spends his time in hiking, biking, reading, cooking, training his kids in sport activities when not working.
Karen Peacock

Karen Peacock is a Registered Massage Therapist who has completed the 2,200-hour Massage Therapy Program from Mount Royal University in 2020. She has been in good standing with the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta ever since. She uses a variety of techniques in her treatments such as general Swedish massage, deep tissue, stretching, and PNF.
Karen had often worked on her father’s back as she was young and enjoys helping people deal with their pain. During the massage therapy program Karen worked with a variety of conditions involving soft tissues of the body including muscles, ligaments, and nerves.

Elizabeth is a Registered Massage Therapist (2200 Hours) with a license from the city of Calgary. She is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) and a graduate of the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in Calgary.
Elizabeth has excellent knowledge of and experience with different massage methods and techniques. Some of the modalities Elizabeth uses include Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue, prenatal massage, myofascial release, hot stones massage, trigger point release, and geriatric massage. Her massage therapy skills and experiences are backed by extensive experience in elder care and supporting clients with disabilities.

Navdeep came to Canada in 2011 as a language teacher. She was a school teacher back home for 15 years. She is a registered Massage Therapist and completed her graduation with 2200 hrs of training in Massage Therapy from ABM college in Calgary. Currently she is registered with CMMOTA with good standing since 2019. She started her career in Massage Therapy in 2016 and was registered with NHPC then. She is certified in hot stones and cupping therapy and specializes in deep tissue, relaxation, prenatal and advanced orthopedic massages. She loves to promote the benefits that massage therapy can provide to her clients to help them in their busy lives. In her leisure time she likes to cook and study. Her future plan is to study Osteopathy and other massage related courses and modalities to hep her clients achieve wellness in health and day to day life.
