Jia became an honour graduate of Alberta College of Massage Therapy by completing 2200 Hrs of Massage Therapy Diploma and is associated with The Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA). She is deeply passionate about anatomy and adapt at posture analysis and special tests.
As a dedicated massage therapist, she tailors customized treatment plans by incorporating stretches, Myofascial release, and joint
mobilization those therapeutic techniques to ease muscle tension and induce relaxation. She has also been a Yoga instructor since 2014 and has enhanced her ability to provide clients with stretching home care, empowering them to improve their muscular health independently.Beyond her profession, she finds solace in nature, enjoying yoga, climbing, and hiking.
Alisha Patel

Alisha graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in Toronto, Ontario in July 2023, and is current an active member of the Massage Therapists Association of Alberta. Alisha became a Registered Massage Therapist so she could help people both physically and mentally, and improve their quality of life.
Alisha's techniques range from deep tissue massage to gentle stress reduction massage, providing clients with relief of their aches and pains based on their specific needs. Her specializations include Swedish massage, sports massage, myo-fascial release, tigger point release, joint mobilization, lymphatic drainage and dynamic stretching.
In her spare time, Alisha enjoys watching movies, long scenic drives, travelling, and badminton.
Simon -Daniel Jolicoeur-Forrester

After Simon obtained his massage therapy diploma from Mount Royal University, he was invited to become a practitioner/assistant instructor in Motion Specific Release while it was being developed. Created by a local chiropractor, MSR is a manual therapy approach that restores the neuromuscular stability of the body through the use of procedures that optimize function and performance.
Simon regularly supports elite athletes including the Dinos and masters athletes at major events including the NCCWMA Championship, international corporate track and and field competitions and local track and field meets.
For over half a decade, Simon has been serving the community in clinical, spa, sport and charity settings. His treatment style is a collaborative journey aimed towards betterment and improved function. Every individuals specific needs are prioritized systematically to optimize their health and performance. He provides thorough assessments, home-care and will create treatment plans to help you along this journey.

Blake Banni is a Registered Massage Therapist who has completed 3000 hour massage program and has received his diploma from Makami college. He is currently registered with Certified Registered Massage Therapist Association (CRMTA) with good standing since 2021.
He is very passionate about helping people, since with experiencing a lot of injuries throughout his life, Blake has very good understanding how to treat several injuries like plantar fasciitis, along with IT band syndrome. Blake's focus areas of massage are Swedish massage which can be a type of relaxation massage, deep tissue which involves to get to deeper muscles and help remove muscle tightness along with removing muscle fatigue, therapeutic massage which he can focus on a specific area that is injured currently or has been in the past. Blake takes great pride in his treatments.
Blake's favorite thing to do on his days off are hike and run long distances, he has currently completed a couple full marathons.
